REFLECTION
Early childhood education is vital for the purpose of developing a strong pillar for lifelong
success. When I was in early childhood, I still remember my educator due to her great
personality and how effectively she fulfilled her responsibilities as an early childhood educator.
She was calm, patient, enthusiastic and humorous that used to make her the favorite educator for
the children of my class. Her caring and good communication skills made her personality distinct
from the other educators. For me, she acted as a guide, problem-solver, and the key person that
assisted largely in my early childhood learning. She educated me on how to read and write along
with the basic vocabulary. She always tried to teach and educate us with some fun and joy
activities for quick learning. With different roles, she was good at fulfilling her responsibilities
towards the students. She used to give equal attention to every child and followed the principle
of to nurture is to nourish. Apart from this, she taught me good things and moral values for
respecting and loving other people. As a pedagogical leader, definitely, I would want to work
with her personality traits as this would lead to good teaching and help in developing a positive
and comfortable environment for the children. As a guide, I want to provide the children with
what is right and wrong. With her personality traits, I want to inspire the children and make them
learn the things in quick time with a positive and learning environment.
