People do wonder why some of us may tend to take a career in educating children who
actually are boring, but guess what this is the best job that offers a great opportunity even to
those who may wish to have some holiday and fun during summer, before we go deep we can
give a brief description where it involves training and enhancing the development of children
both in mental and physical development.
According to American intercontinental, training a teacher who could provide quality
program or better education to children is sometimes hard to manage, which makes it quite
challenging. A lot of research has been done in early childhood education and some of the tips
that help teachers to enjoy their work and make work simple for them have been provided
(Saracho & Spodek, 2015).
By providing a workbook which give good relationship since there is a clear and a good
interaction which make a parent to understand some progress in children and even with teachers.
Teachers are being advice to adopt some criteria which will make them to nature children
talent and empower their skills and ability in doing something, by trying to improve physical
development of children for example allowing them jump , try to run and crawl ,improves life of
a child, by also trying to congratulate children even if they do a task in bad away will enhance
emotional development, and it has been found that when a child has good emotions they will
even have good relationship with each other and this also enhance social development among
them( Howes, Whitebook & Phillips, 2013).
Every job or career has its pros and cons, this normally depend on how somebody is good
at something and also determine, by being able to produce and brand something impressive no

matter the circumstance, in bachelor of early childhood some of the challenges are as follows,
time, no good relationship with parents but it also has a some benefits like good earning, there is
a break for summer, and health insurance which is quite good am concluding by advising all who
are interested to stop wasting time and start applying this course.
