The proposal aims to analyse the effect of early pacifier use on breastfeeding, therefore, the
observational studies have found associations among the pacifier use and the shorter
breastfeeding duration, while results through the randomised controlled trials (RCTs) did not
reveal any differences within the process of breastfeeding results. The investigation has
represented both the positive and negative influence of the pacifiers use in infants (Hermanson
