Early year foundation stage set several standard and regulation related to learning,
development and care of child from birth to 4 years old. EYFS clearly state that a child deserve
qualitative food, environment and necessary support from starting of its life so that it can live to
its potential. It can be stated that the early year foundation stage requirements have direct impact
on setting school reception or various policies and procedure so that no harm can be caused to
any child in any circumstances (Audley, 2020). Moreover, it can grow and developed in healthy
and more friendly environment by learning new and new things. As per the requirements of
EYFS, school reception year needs to make several policies and procedure to ensure safety and
well being of child. The requirement of safeguarding and welfare are child protection, well
qualified, trained and good nature staff are recruited in order to teach and learn children. This
also focused on providing necessary support to student as per their interest, needs for their better
education qualification (LEVEL, 2019). It helps school in deciding appropriate procedure that
need to be followed while providing learning to students so that it can easily grasp the
information. Moreover, the EYFS also state that school needs to provide healthy environment to
students so that they are protected form various harm. Thereby the EYFS has set standard
regarding the way learning needs to be delivered to students for their future growth.
