The World Wildlife Fund and Leo Burnett Sydney were the first to come out with the
concept, Earth Hour, in 2004 in Australia as the two groups were discussing ideas to influence
people to join hands on an issue of climatic changes. Australia was the first country to hold Earth
Hour in March 2007. Where about two million trades, and households turned out their
