INTRODUCTION
In the health and social care sector, it is imperative to have
healthy communication in between the staff and
employees. It is significant for the admiration to develop
good communication skills among workforce in order to
make effective communication with service users and staff
can explain the treatments in future.

STRATEGIES TO SUPPORT
USERS OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL
CARE SERVICES
In care homes, it is potentially significant to engage in
effective and efficient communication practices. As there
are several strategies which can be used by organisation to
support patient in appropriate manner.
In given case study, it has been found that Miss Gina is
diagnosed with dementia and serves depression.

CONTINUE
With this problem it has been found that she reallocate to
the care home with Mental Disability Clinic. Apart from
that she did not speak in English.
As she is representing that she is not happy and there is
lack of motivation through which she suffered from
depression. For resolving her issue, different strategies may
be used by clinic.

ACCESS AND USE STANDARD OF ICT
SOFTWARE PACKAGE TO SUPPORT WORK
ICT software is supporting the work of nurse and doctors at
workplace. It is including huge number of application,
clinical imagining processing, electronically health records
and many more which are included in this software.

CONTINUE
Besides this, these tools are considered as critical
significance which assists to care home in completing day
activities in appropriate manner.
One of the advanced applications of ICT is provision of
business-to-consumer. While using this application there
will no personal interaction with telephones or computers.

SUGGESTING WAYS FOR
IMPROVING COMMUNICATION

In health and social care organisation it is essential that
there should be continuous development and
improvement in communication process.
There are many ways and provisions which can be applied
by care home to make sturdy relation with patient.

Below mention are some ways which can be applied by
care home to improve their communication process and to
attain their pre-determined goals and objectives;
 Communication access should be provided to people
who are working in organisation.
 They should properly listen the issue of patient so that
their issues will resolve in proper manner.

COMMUNICATION PROCESS ARE INFLUENCING
INDIVIDUAL VALUES AND CULTURES
In modern era, several factors are there which is highly
influencing to individual values and cultures. These values
and cultures are including demographic, behaviour,
geographic and many more.
As culture assists to organisation in identifying the
integrated pattern of human behaviour so that facilities can
e provided in such a manner.

As these are highly influenced to every group who are
working in organisation together. On the basis of these
dimension culture and values of people who are belonging
from different religion, caste, nationality.
