and efficient manner (Ariffin and Maghzi, 2012). With help of effective operation management ,
organisation can easily conduct the activities and obtain effective outcome. The current report
provides the detail knowledge and understanding about the effective room division operation
management with respect of Easyhotel.

The interior and design is one of the significant aspect in the room. Interior is an internal
part of the building that give the beauty and impressive look to the rooms. The interior has to
follow the same image of the hotel. If interior of the hotel is good then customer will
automatically attract toward it. With assistance of the effective design and interiors, the look and
beauty of the building can improve. Design is also very important in the competitive
environment of hospitality (Kang, 2011). Design is an art that is based on the colours, patterns
and shapes. In to differentiate the hotel and room from the other hotels, manager have to focus
on the attractive design, colours and shapes of the hotel. Customer always attract toward the
hotel while it have effective design and interior so it is very important for builder to include such
impressive interior and design in the hotel through which more number of customer can attract.
Easyhotel have effectively focused on the interior and design of the hotel and its associated room
through which it has successfully attracted the large numbers of customers.
In order to deliver high quality of services and meet customer satisfaction, interior

services- Develop regulation and norms- This is the major aspect in the planning and management
of accommodation service under which management of the Easyhotel have to focus on
the building design and accommodation service regulations so as it can deliver effective
satisfaction to customer and make them satisfy. Room service- Room facilities ad services is one of the crucial part in the accommodation
that deliver facilities to customers related to staying in the hotel (Šerić and et,al, 2014).
Room facilities and design should be arrange in effective manner to ensure maximum
space utilisation and optimisation of location of various amenities in it. Use of technology- Technology is another significant aspect of planning and
management in the accommodation through which organisation can deliver advance and
high quality of accommodation services (Kusluvan and et.al, 2010). Hotel management
should provide internet, Wi-Fi facilities and high quality of equipments in the services so
as they can highly satisfy with organisation. Maintenance- This is one of the impressive factor in the hospitality sector that helps to
the hotel manager to focus on the maintenance of services. With help of effective
maintenance, hotel manager can effectively manage the services of hotel and provide
effective satisfaction to all customer in the hotel. Effective maintenance is very important
for the effective performance management in the accommodation sector. If organisation
do not focus on the maintenance effectively then it may create the issue for the image and

sector. It is very important for the management of hotel to keep maintain the cleanliness
within the hotel so as customer can feel happy and comfortable there. Customers always
more likely to remember and come back to a place that is spotless and maintain the
standard of cleanliness and quality of service.
Key operational issue affecting the effective management and business performance of the
accommodation service function
To impress the customers, the Easy hotel has to look after the effective measures to
improve the quality of the services it provides to it customers. Regular changing of the bed linens
and pillow covers in the room, each time a new customer is been checked in the hotel. Also, the
quality of the basic accommodation is required to be up to the mark in order to meet the
requirements of the customer's or the buyers of the service (McCabe, 2010). Also, the other
elements like lightings, plumbing and the sanitation facility is required to be up to the mark.
The clothings or the bedsheets, curtains and even the pillows are required to washed with
chemical free, best quality products, in order to avoid any sort of negative impact on the
customers. As the EASY hotel is luxurious hotel, it has to look after the effective management of
the various operations to maintain the quality standards of the hotel for its customers. Apart from
this, the various queries, complaints and issues that are been raised by the customer, is required
to be handled with utmost priority and consideration in order to prevent any sort of bad
reputation and loss of the customer satisfaction and loyalty (Jauhari, 2012).
While customer looks upon the accommodation service then they have huge expectation
regarding the accommodation services, quality, cleanliness etc. If organisation fails to keep that
promises regarding cleanliness, service quality and accommodation then they may loss
customers. In addition to this, they have to face complaint, offer free treats and refunds.
EasyHotel have major objective is to deliver high quality of accommodation services and earn
maximum profitability. For attain this objective, organisation have to focus on the several
operation issue which are discussed below-

technology, advanced services, high quality of accommodation etc. Thus to maintain the
effective physical condition is major operation issue within the Easy Hotel. Quality and experience of staff- This is another major operation issue in the
accommodation function and service (Leung and et. al., 2013). It is very important for
management to hire high skilled, talented and experienced staff member so as they can
serve high quality of accommodation services to customer and satisfy their needs and
wants.
Marketing and sales- Marketing and sales of the accommodation services is also very
important for the Easyhotel so as it can effectively promote and advertise its services in
the market (Nunkoo and et. al., 2013).
