entirely based on the work for and to cut and terminate the employee is something that is
inappropriate in the tenure of Easy jet industry. The covid-19 had to be impact in the aviation
industry on a large amount since there are people from all over the globe that are travelling
through aircraft. This has led to unprecedented challenges that were faced by the government and
it has no means but to shut the aviation industry for our thoughts. With this prospect there seem
to be a financial loss that has occurred in the aviation industry and because of this, the Easy jet

challenges that were faced by the Easy jet company and it has no other option but to cut some of
its employees such that the finances can be mitigated. Because most of its employees were not
being able to paid and therefore few of them were terminated from the industry. This seems to be
