Introduction
The following assessment is carried out based on the impact of globalization. In this regard, easy
Jet has been selected as an organization. The assessment will show the benefits and problems of
globalization on easy Jet.

Project Title: Managing a Successful Business Project
Definition of Project
The effective management of any business can be considered as business project management.
The aggregation of different strategies along with a quality evaluation of the selected business
assists the organization to sustain in today's competitive world (Meredith et al., 2017). Projects
of business are changed according to the business and this is mainly aligned with the
organizational objectives of the business. Three kinds of business projects are there such as
recurring, operational and strategic.
Globalization
Globalization can be defined as the projection of the technology, information along with
products in all over the world (Steger, 2017). This primly reveals the interdependency of
different nations all over the globe with the assistance of trading practices. The aim of
globalization can be considered as opportunistic along with idealistic. The impact of
globalization is changed according to the job of people.
Project aim
The prime aim for the project management of a business is to make the analysis of the impact of
easy Jet activities on the small startup in barking areas.
Project Objectives
In order to complete this specific research, three objectives are identified by the researcher and
those are given below.
 To emphasizes the impact of the globalization on the business activities of easy Jet

 To evaluate that benefits along with problems of easy Jet because of the impact of
globalization
 To identify the ways that can be beneficial for easy Jet to solve all problems, those are
raised because of globalization
Problem statement
In today's generation, globalization can be considered as one of the new trends, which is
prioritized by all the organizations (Pieterse, 2019). This can be seen that globalization is
beneficial for many organizations to sustain their business along with to get competitive
advantages. In this regard, plan for project management is for the company easy Jet to identify
their issues because of globalization along with benefits and in which ways, these issues can
possible to solve. Various impacts are discussed in below. For each project, financial and
economic analyses are needed to carry out, as this is beneficial to understand the sustainability of
the project. In addition, this also assists to choose a particular design for the project.
