report will be on EasyJet plc is well known British Multinational airline managed on low cost it
is being managed by the parent company easy group. It is being originated in 1995 by Stelious
Haji Loannou. This is being opted as the 7th largest company. Their were seen about 342 aircraft
were being managed and the company was there by being operating 6,385 million yearly. It
maintain all the operations and the cash flow with which they attain and regulate all the top down
structures that are being required to manage. It has the hierarchical organisational structure in
which the cabin crew and the ground staff are managed. In this report their will be discussed
meaning of people management with further elaboration and will also provide all the

seen that Easy Jet focus on managing all the performance of the employees who are been
working and they provide the details and the right direction to them in order to attain the
