facing which are analysed with various models in report.

The porter five forces framework is one of the most innovative model where Easy jet
performance against competitive parameters can be analysed strongly , and improved
working actions be taken for wider functional working synergy among wider arenas.
 Bargaining power of supplies (low): The Easy jet is not reliable and focused on the

The business environment competitively has wise functional paradigms where
functional goals have to be analysed as per knowledge, abilities and skills where

analysing various parameters while working for this project i gained various new skills within
academic context and also gained experiences where i am weak currently and more goals
shall be formulated onto higher performance within profession and long term determinants
which will also develop my synergy for gaining new working hemispheres. The Kolb
reflective model is one of the most innovative reflection model where all steps will enable to
deliver higher growth avenues within wider working avenues where i am currently weak and
develop new targets (Kouzes and Posner, 2018)
Concrete experience: This stage enabled me to experience and learns new skills where report
writing with various team mates enabled onto building new skills and learning to understand
where i am currently weak and functionally operated various arenas experiences. There at
this step i analysed that i was low effective in specialist monitor evaluator role, monitoring
and completing my assigned work responsibilities within estimated time periods where i
faced various difficulties and to recognise team working potentialities. There is also need to
work on research skills, analytical leaning potentialities and to supervise wider working goals
among new functional paradigms and to finish my work targets within specific time periods
which will enable me to deliver wider potentialities. There while working for project writing
there i also experienced that i was widely effective and highly co-ordinately focused within
team working efficiency and faster decision making parameters where keen development
goals also enabled me to function with new synergy of stronger goals. The concrete
experience made me learn how to encompass wider work targets and yielding new work
synergy paradigms and to yield higher work goals where new skills shall be professionally

worked on. Concrete experiences within working for report writing will enable me to be

There were instances where i was weak and felt less confident at work where new
functional opportunities made me analysed higher goals functionally and also work for scope,

Reflective experience: At this step i reflected where new experiences shall be analysed and
developed larger goals, keenly i came under analysis by my professors where i am weaker
and need professional assistance to develop faster functional paradigms where technical
innovation is also potentially learnt. I also reflected my learning where team working goals
and to synergy with focus onto new work parameters, where professionally i will aim to
deliver new growth goals and leverage new scope avenues learnt from academic experiences
and larger objectives pertaining onto functional scenarios. Reflectively i also learnt that there
are major dynamics available to be learnt within major determinants and to encompass major
functional ethics where competencies shall be learnt on, develop new functional horizons and
to focus for new work goals where i will be improving numeracy skills, research parameters
and also focus to yield onto new work goals where i am weak currently for major changes to
be learnt on. I also learnt and reflectively analysed that the communication skills and
interpersonal ethics where time management parameters shall be experienced which will
yield larger objectives and also develop stronger goals for stronger academic experiences
where problem solving goals, higher effective learning paradigms will broaden my horizons
(Milazzo and et.al. ,2016). I also experienced there is time management skills and problem
solving paradigms where i shall focus more largely where i am weak and need to yield focus
more widely onto gaining new functional scale roles which will enable me to deliver new
scope synergy paradigms further and also generate wider competitive experiences majorly
(Loiselle, 2017). There is also wider functional demand within new professional horizons and
technically also potentially gain experiences new working experiences within teams where i
will be able to deliver new growth objectives. I analysed that i am having stronger self
evaluation and communication skills such as verbal and written paradigms where there are
major horizons to be experienced while working with colleagues and various teammates
under dynamic working conditions where i shall also restore synergy growth widely when
learning new scope synergy. There is fast competency required among working goals and

experienced various horizons onto working with new work synergy paradigms onto where
there is wide scope and leverage of best skills such as ITC skills, new numeracy skills and
stronger working competency paradigms pertaining to larger functional ethics.
Abstract conceptualisation: At this phase abstract concepts gained from various professional
working within various experiences i learnt the parameters where various new scale
functional horizons will enable me to cherish new scale opportunities and stringent
innovation learning opportunities. There is wider functional business scale growth when
individual encompass new work goals to build stronger working experiences where major
functional ethics develop quest to gain positive work culture goals and to explore new
working opportunities. There is wider competitive growth within business avenues where
delivering new scope major functional scale paradigms will enable me to function with
stringent innovation and major goals within report writing and academic goals onto where i
may face new horizons growth synergy. This will potentially make me more competent and
higher in functional objectives where i am weak currently weak and strong particularly to
function onto with stronger innovation.
This will enable me to function with stronger goal, materialistically also work for
more complicated projects and avenues where i face new work quality goals and learn major
objectives and higher diverse creative horizons to build on new scale efficiency. Abstract
conceptualising also potentially made me deliver growth fundamentally onto wider functional
scope within my academic experiences, to yield on my professional learning objectives
within report writing and also keenly bringing focus onto competitive scale development
parameters. I analysed that monitoring and finishing of report writing paradigms are highly
important where i am currently facing weakness and also major challenges where i shall
keenly focus for improving major factors of new skills which will develop new results and
experiences further. In report writing i also analysed my work competencies to be factored
innovatively and also experience stronger synergy further , which will develop smarter
understanding of various subjects, arenas where vast business opportunities are there (Salas,
Reyes and McDaniel, 2018).
Active experimentation: At last active experimentation i developed understanding and
focused onto working within my engulfed scope parameters where training form my
professors, gaining experiences from various new fundamental paradigms which will enable
me to deliver wider experiences and horizons. This will enable me to learn more major

functional parameters of new business analytical scale through which reflectively analysis
onto where there are various goals to be discussed further and also potentially enrich new
functional horizons where there is also major scope available within various professional
experiences. Active experimentation will also include seminars attending synergy and wider
goals formulation where faster new learning skills will develop competencies within me for
keenly bringing on analysis for more evocative synergy and to potentially also experience
wider functional goals scoped among new working horizons. This has also brought my focus
onto governing various new scope market scenario structure, leverage new potentialities and
market scenario formative presentation where i will be also having wide knowledge of how
growth can be built on among my professional experiences and my academic learning

enhance my positional understanding working opportunities and deliver stronger working
opportunities where vast working experiences are pertaining. This can be understood as one
of the major factor if growth where new team working competency skills and faster research

where business worldwide awaits for more classical experiences within modern technology
formulation metrics and to yield within new working scenarios.
It can be also analysed that experimentation and new work goals delivered within
various work parameters, there was wide competitive pace coming on where new innovative
platforms made me stronger largely and also encompass new horizons where i shall
potentially also build my strengths. There are new avenues within my major work projects
