INTRODUCTION
Business refers to an economic activity done by a person on the continuous basis for the
purpose of earning profit for surviving life. There are various type of business as they are
categories on the basis of various factors such as size of business, number of owners, nature of
business and many more. Below mentioned report is based on Easyjet which is a British
multinational low cost airline group having headquarter in London Luton airport which is located
in United Kingdom. Currently they are operating over 1000 routes in more than 30 countries as
they are operating domestic and international schedules. The purpose of making this report is to
analysing the SWOT and PESTEL analysis of Easyjet. After this analysis it also shows the
various styles of leadership along with the management style in the organisation of Easyjet. It is
also founded at corporate social responsibility is an important factor for every organisation.
Hence this report also include the corporate social responsibility is a in the process of operations
of Easyjet.
