This case study examines the impact of the global pandemic on accelerating workplace transformation at EasyJet, a UK-based low-cost airline. It aims to analyze this impact, acknowledging the concept of workplace transformation, understanding the pandemic's influence on EasyJet, and identifying the significance of these transformations for effective functioning. The research employs a positivism philosophy, a deductive approach, and a survey strategy with a quantitative research design, collecting primary data through questionnaires and secondary data from reliable sources. The study reviews literature on workplace transformation, highlighting its importance in improving workforce skills and adapting to organizational changes, especially in the context of digitalization driven by the pandemic.
