Eat Organic Food is the personal Organization which is owned by Lan Jones who used to grow
to produce vegetables and fruits without pesticides and chemical in his backyard. Now he wants
to grow his business but he does not know much about the Information System So he gives this
responsibility to his wife Ruth who is very good in marketing and customer relationship. She
wants to make all the farm of his husband online so customers can place orders and request for
delivery online which reduces the traffic around their backyard.

Eat Organic Food is a farm which is known for its fresh, organic certified food. This is an
initiative by Lan who has a large backyard. Lan thinks that he is a farmer by birth like his father

Lan hired some farm hands which assists him. Lan produces the vegetables and the customers
used to come to his farm and pick up their vegetables. But Lan wants to grow his business as this
causes very much difficulties and traffic around his farm. Recently Lan married to Ruth and she
has a good knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing so they are working
on their new system with the help of their son.

Organization Description
Lan Jones is the founder and CEO of Eat Organic Food Company. Ruth, wife of Lan Jones is the
Customer Relationship and Marketing Manager of the organization. She has the best business
skills which made her efficient to manage both the farm and the customers. For the customer side
things, Lan and Ruth hired Chris, Christina, Cathy, and Charlie who are going to handle the
customers over the phone and take their orders and all the four of them will be reporting to Ruth
directly. Sam and Samantha are hired as the account support in the organization who manage all
the accounts of customers and they need to report to Ruth. Mark and Marsha are hired for taking
care of the pickup of the vegetables. They can make the decisions regarding the pickup if the
traffic is low then the customer can come for the pickup but in other condition, they arrange
delivery for the customers Both of them need to report the Ruth (Kayaga, et al., 2018).
System Vision Document
The system vision documents explain the purpose & scope of high levels of the product, program
& project. It helps to evaluate the project scope of the future. This document involves the
problem that is analyzed, capabilities of the system & the benefits which is getting to the
customer through the system. This will supply the guideline that is potential for the document. It
also defines the idea of compelling, project & the state of the organization in the future. It is the
document that requires to be perfect to produce quality assignments (Wolf, 2017).
Future scope & the purpose of the system
According to the given case study, there is an Eat Organic Food in which there are no proper
ways to execute or transfer the foods to the customer’s homes. As they have a large farm so, Lan
wants to expand their business by cropping more vegetables. Due to less space for customers, the
farm being so crowded with customers. Lan entered the parcels manually which consumes a lot
of time. They do not have the proper application to communicate. So, Lan & Ruth decided that
they both develop an application on Information System which will help the customers to order
the food online, cancel the order online, ask for discount who is regular customers, lan can easily
track the customers & foods that need to be delivered. They will hire some staffs which help to
deliver the food on the customer home. This application includes the latest technologies which
will ease the services to the customers as well as the Lan (Banerjee, et al., 2019).
System Problems
In Eat Organic Food there are no proper ways to transfer the foods to the customers.
There will be a large crowd of the customers assemble on the farm as there is no space.
They do not have any parcel facilities.
They do not have the proper application to communicate with customers.
