Second, innovation, the marketplace also include cooking class under that roof, and some other
activities to engage customers, and enhance the customer experience, as innovation can be a key
to customer satisfaction at the place. Third, high-quality products and ingredients, this is another
strength which is responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention. Quality is a major
factor which is considered by the company for creating value to their products and services for
the customers. There are various places providing a large variety of goods at one roof, but the
quality does matter when it companies to customer retention, which Eataly NYC Flatiron
consists. Forth, large workforce, the human resource is one of the major assets of the company
that is responsible for the success, the reason being the experience of the customers majorly
depends upon services they received by the staff. Therefore, it can be said that this is strength for
the company, that they have large and skillful staff to provide good service to customers (nycgo,
