Heuristic Evaluation Report: eBay and Etsy Shopping Sites

This report presents a heuristic evaluation of two online shopping websites, eBay and Etsy, based on Jakob Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics. The evaluation involves creating a new user profile, logging in, searching for a product (a television set), reviewing product details, and adding the item to the cart.
