strategic change recommendations in context of Slices Organization in United Arab Emirates
(UAE). This report includes the discussion about the current and new strategies of Slices.

end, recommendations are given for enhancing the operations of company.

From the first assessment, it can be stated that Slices is not very much popular in the UAE and
worldwide. Slices is home grown food organization that is aimed at changing the eating habits
across the UAE by offering nutritious and wholesome meals (Slices 2015). First part of the
