(a) Nature of business
Entrepreneurship plays an influential role in the economic growth and standard of
living in a country. I will go to open coffee company/shop. The name of my restaurant
will be I love, coffee. It is kind of restaurant. This restaurant will provide different types
of coffee and coffee products with high quality and good taste. I will open its first branch
in Manchester. It will be opened in the centre of city so that people can easily find it. I
will try to provide different culture taste along with the classic coffee (Rock,2014). I love
coffee will also provide snacks, sandwiches and burger to attract the customers and
increase the business. I will try to attract young customers most by providing the special
coffees. Apart from this, I will use natural and unique themes for its infrastructure so that
customer can feel relaxed and happy in the restaurant. Own business improves the
lifestyle not only of the person but also of the society and country.
b) Advantages and disadvantages of owning your own business
Starting own business is an exciting task that offers many benefits. It improves the
lifestyles and standard of person and his family.
Advantages of own business are as follows:
You are the boss: The most important advantage of own business is that you are in
charge you are the boss. In own business, we have ability to make every single decision
(Kaneko, Hamada and Hiji, 2016). We can change the business environment according to
our ability and interest.
Job security: In one’s own business, there is no one above you so we are person is
completely secure in job and place. No one can fire you be the biggest advantage of own
business.
Invaluable experience: Own business allows people to gain first-hand experience in
every field that is involved in running a business.
Disadvantages of own business
Every business has advantage and disadvantage which affect the business in positive and
negative manner.
Risk factor: In the own business you have to put down your own money, and if business
fails, it falls on your life style and standard.
Investments: Own business requires products, employees, marketing team and licence.
Extra efforts and pressure: To achieve the success in own business, person has to improve
extra skills and required to provide extra efforts to achieve the target.
c) Role of PESTLE analysis in own business
Before starting the new business, I will undertake the PESTLE analysis. PESTLE
analysis plays main role in planning of business. It is a tool used by the marketers to
analyse and monitor the macro environment factors (Drucker, 2017). There are many

factors in the industry which affect the growth of business so PESTLE analysis helps to
determine all those factors. PESTLE analysis categorized these factors in four main parts
such as
Political: each business affected by political factor. Before planning a new business
every employer have to analysis the impact of Government policies on the organisation.
It includes labour laws, consumer protection laws, environment regulations etc.
Social: lifestyle and buying factor are included in the social factor. By the determination
of social factor employer can provide the products according to customer needs and
desire.
Economical: this factor includes the exchange rate, inflation rate, interest rate etc. all
these factor have to determined before planning the new business because these factor
affect the business productivity and benefits.
Technological: for attract the customers new technology have to provide by the new
entrant. With the entry of new technology, older technology gets outdated.

A) Impact of globalisation on the own business
Globalization becomes main factor in organisation because it affects the economy,
business growth, business life, society and environment in different ways (Heerde and
et.al., 2013.). Globalisation means change in policies and new development in the field of
technology. Impact of globalisation on my business is that it increases the competition
and develop new technology.
Competition: globalisation conduct to increased the competition is related to product,
service cost and price, target market etc. to increase the market share company have to
sell products cheaper. Exchange of technology: One of the most impressive appearance of
globalisation is the use of new technology by internationally oriented firms to exploit
new business opportunities.
B) Suitable technology to improve the businesses
To improve the productivity and growth of business, there are so many technologies and
ways. Customer loyalty is the most important key of success. So, to improve my business
I will use different market strategies to attract the customers (Fowler, 2013). As
innovation in technology improves the business and help to turn small business into
global.
Marketing: I will use different style of marketing to promote my company. I will focus on
the online marketing and promote my product on social media such as Facebook, and
twitter to attract the young customers most. I will provide the best web structure for the
customers where they can find information and reviews about my coffee company.
This marketing strategy will support in increasing the customer loyalty for my company
and thereby aids in rising the productivity of my business. To satisfy the customers, I will
hire the best employees in my coffee restaurant because customer satisfaction is my main
objective.

A) Importance of customer in business
Customer is the backbone of any business; if customer is not satisfied with services of
firm than the business will go down and suffers from many problems. So, to increase the
business growth and brand image I will focus on the customers' satisfaction (Antonakis
and Day, 2017). Knowing and understanding the customer desire is key of every
successful business. This is because as customers increases, the productivity will also
increase.
I will focus on college going students and young working professionals. Therefore, I will
provide different coffee products such as cold coffee with ice cream etc. as this product is
liked by young generation and children the most. To attract the young generation and
children, I will provide other products such as burger, snacks, sandwich etc.
B) Ways to attract more customers to business
New and different products: To attract customers, we will collect the information about
their needs and interest and afterwards provide the product according to The same. New
product launch with new taste is the best way to attract the new customers (Krause and
et.al., 2016). Apart from this, sell system on the special occasion also attract the
customers. On the special occasion we will provide product on low price.
Marketing strategies: to attract the customers I will improve the market strategies. By
using different technologies and social media such as Instagram, twitter, Facebook we
can attract the customers.
Improve the service performance of employees: to attract the customers will provide
the best service system to the customers.

A) Role of ethics in business
For improving the performance of employees, motivation is very important. By
providing the motivation, employer can achieve the target. Ethics behaviour and
responsibilities can bring important benefits to a business. For example, they can
attract the customers to the firm's products which means help the sells and profits
(Kubota, 2017). By motivation techniques, employer can remove the labour turn over
problem. Apart from this, it also helps in reducing the recruitment costs. Company can
attract more customers by the experienced employees. This process will help the
company to keep its share price high. So, ethics plays a great role to increase the
productivity of firm by attracting the customers (Adam, 2017). It also helps company
to solve out the problem of competitor.
Ethics is important in business because of following:
Satisfying the human needs: Every worker wants to feel satisfied with his/her job
conditions (What You Can Do to Improve Ethics at Your Company, 2017). Every
employee need to work for a firm that is fair and right in its practice. Uniting people
and leadership: Ethics is common threat that brings the employees and decision makers
on common platform.
B) How business can treat its staff ethically

I focus on different technologies and development trainings to treat my staff ethically.
Trainings: To motivate the employees and to enhance their performance, I offer the
development trainings to the followers. In the development trainings workers can able
to learn new skills an idea to achieve the target. Employees are able to learn new
techniques to satisfy the customers. So this process will help my business to grow in
positive manner. Provide reward system: to motivate the employees I will provide the
reward in the form of gift, check for the extra efforts of workers. Apart from this to
enhance their performance I will provide other facilities and comforts to the workers.
CONCLUSION
From above report, it has been concluded that to improve the business growth,
customer's satisfaction is very important. This report also explained the importance of
PESTLE analysis to the business. In addition to this, it has been determined that I can
improve the business growth by using online marketing and social media. Apart from
this, it is also concluded that ethics plays main role in the business.
