Introduction:
In the report of Eco-Fone organization from UK, a discussion will be made on the organization
of Eco-Fone. It is one of the largest organizations of producing smartphones. In UK, the
organization is in working of producing smartphones and accessories. In this report, difference
between Z-test and student’s T-test has been explained and also brief detail on the topic Poisson
distribution. Poisson distribution also be discussed its effect and impact and used where the
chance of occurring of same events less or null. This organization increases its profitability in the
smartphone market every year since it has been established. Due to earning regular profit from
the time of establishment, the Eco-Fone organization have a good position and good earning in
order to expand their business operations. It adopts a systematic method of doing business to
manage properly, efficiently and effectively.

According to the research report of Eco-Fone smartphone organization, the number of workers in
the UK is 33.5 million total. Out of the total worker population only 32 million are working. The
working population of worker is over half of all workforce that have been currently time as in
achieving standards. Regular using of smartphones regarding providing changes for which the
personal computers (PC) and tablet may overkill. Mostly, smartphones used by the workers of
UK for the purpose of transferring and receiving email (which is 44 percent), voice calls (34
percent) and calendar management (23 percent). These applications are used many times by the
workforce of UK because they are easy to access and easy to carry out everywhere in
comparison with legacy information and reporting systems. The report showing that population
of worker uses smartphones at least one time in a day, forty-three used smartphones for instant
Whatsapp messaging. Uses of smartphones are mostly used by the workforce for a particular
application in work flow rather than use in communication. The worker also use unofficial
smartphones application for personal use which is totally unethically to use smartphones
applications such as using for mobile for browsing, picsart application and use for navigation
(Deloitte, 2015). In the report, only five percent of total worker uses their smartphones for
official work. Examples of such application use by the worker are presenting timesheet, six
percent access organization intranet and four percent use for submitting expenses. Smartphones
not only use for the purpose of above examples it is also uses by the workers of the UK to get
contextual information on time and from this information, it becomes an ideal information device
provider. Less use of smartphones was not the reason is the lacking of need. Activities that are

From the above line chart, it is clearly seen that uses of smartphones increase every year from
2012, so from this it has been concluded Eco-Fone organization also increase habit of using the
smartphones in 2018 and 2019. But the line chart is unable to show the impact of substitution of
other smartphones on smartphones of Eco-Fone organization like the impact on the product of
tablets and laptops. Due to the lacking of impact on other product that line chart is not suitable in
the above situation. So it is advise that here regression line is suitable for generating the affect in
the above graph because the regression chart display the impact of other product on substitution
product (Chatterjee, and Hadi, 2015).

In the study of using smartphones in May and June of this year, sample of 1163 people was taken
and questioned on the topic of using smartphones in business activities. The report showed that
71% of age between 55-75 years is capable to use own app handset. Since from the last five year,
the studied report showing that age of this group people has accept the new things faster over the
other age group people. The sale of the Eco-Fone organization smartphones has been increased
every year (Wang, et. at., 2015). For example, national average of 56% near about 20% people
saw their phones many times in a day on an approx. within 15 minutes in one time in

between 55-75 year richer and able to buy premium and high rated smartphones. This was due to
that premium smartphones focus on providing better quality including other special features in
their phones like providing safely payment via premium smartphones, able to book taxi and also
provide feature of facial recognition lock-unlock, high standard loudspeaker, facilitates to listen
clean and clear voice. Most of the parents of UK believe on that point that smartphone help in
study and believe that it is mandatory of using smartphones and provided. This benefit attracts
other first time customers to make their first time purchase. In past time, it is more difficult to
unlock the phone by pressing button as now modern day smartphones by just facial recognition
features. The facial recognition feature help the aged people to unlock their smartphones by only
just seeing (Wang, et. at., 2015).

opportunities come with some barriers. In the context of above table pros are more with cons so
Eco-Fone organization should expand their business operations across Kingston. The
Organization increase their profitability more by offering the offer new updated technology, by
providing new technique and features in the smartphones of Eco-Fone organization it gain new
customers to join their business and make help in making top level organization among others.
The increase of customer is the benefit for the organization but at the same time organization
suffer problems of managing staff, lack of understanding their local market also come. It is
