This report deals with the business operations of Eco-Fone, that deals with the sale of
consumer electronics. The two outlets in Putney and Richmond sell smartphones and other
accessories. The company experiences steady growth every year since its inception in 2014.
This report deals with the analysis of recent trends in the smartphone market in the UK and
provides information about the product. The report also deals with the study of the types of
customers involved in the market and the financial information of the company. At the end of
the product, recommendations have been made that would benefit Eco-Fone in expanding
their business and satisfying customer demands by a greater degree.

more than half of the respondents in the workforce use their smartphones for work-related
