supply chain management, data collection system etc. IT involves B2B and B2C transactions

customer relationships as well as improving in their overall business.
Role of E- commerce in making advertising more attractive
According to MAZZUCATO and ENTSMINGER (2021) E- commerce is playing a major role in
making advertisements attractive and reliable to customers. In relation with Argos, they are using
e- commerce platforms and providing convenience to the customers. E- commerce in relation with
information technology helps in devising fascinating advertisements and reliable for customers to
know about products of company. It secures all data of customers and could not leak to any third

Research strategies: There are various types of research strategies such as case study, survey,
interview, action research and literature review etc. In this present research, researcher is using
literature review because it brings in depth information about a particular topic. Literature review
helps in getting effective and reliable information about this topic.
Research method: Research methods are of two types. These are quantitative and qualitative
research method (Chen, and Liu, 2021). In this research, investigator is using qualitative research
method because it brings theoretical information about a topic and results in getting in depth
information. This is collected through books and journals.
Data collection method: In this research, secondary data collection source is used because it is
collected through books and journals as well as presented in a form of literature review. Primary
data is not used because it contains numeric information.
Research Limitations
The limitation of this research is lack of time management as researcher is not having enough time
to complete this research on decided time limit. Further, lack of financial resources is a limitation
for researcher.
Relevance & Impact of the Study
This research is relevant to consumers because, consumers are the one who's data is being secured
by organization. On the other hand, it is important for stakeholders because information
technology helps in gaining more profits and making aware about latest technologies.
