Business Idea Brief
Introduction
LocalBooks Bookstore Pty Ltd requires to develop its existing websites into a e-
commence book store. Through e-book store, the website can offer books at competitive price.
The e-commerce business is required of less number of employees to sell their books online, and
it would result in reduction of operating cost. It is suitable for the bookstore as the LocalBooks
have limited number of human resources such as 3 fulltime staffs and 5 casual staffs.
Proposed solution
The solutiuon is to develop its existing websites into a e-commence book store . The store
is also required to make their business a social presence which helps them to personalize online
store experiences with the customers. It is a strong way to present the business online. The online
e-commerce also sets up proper customer support to notify them about “where their order is,
when the order will be delivered and any discount on the online payment”.
Building of website
The LocalBooks can build of e-commerce website by some steps such as: chose domain
for their website, chose of right platform, design the store, set the payments, add the products,
test the checkout and look for the analytics.
Benefits of website
The e-commerce website will create of website for the customers and generate of more
revenues. It is the main issue of the store that the customers search for the books in their store

and order it online into other website, therefore when this store will sell the books online, and
then the customers would prefer their website more as compared to others.
Business scope
It is the scope of the e-commerce to deliver of quality books to the customers in delivered

training requirements. The e-bookstore would help the store to turnaround their business from
the potential failure towards success and save money of the company by reduction of operating
and maintaining cost of physical store. They only need to update the customers about latest
arrival of the books into their e-commerce store.
