From the above project it can be evaluated that outcome of decision of expanding
business operation by using ecommerce sites was successful in creating large number of
awareness among people. It can also be stated that social media is used by most of the people to
watch videos or play games so by including such innovative techniques in order to promote
products of small business was effective and attractive (Zentner, 2016). E-commerce helps in
effective promotion of products within limited time and cost to large number of people thus
helps in increasing brand image of company. The project made by us was successful as we have
planned to use innovative technique such as built of social sites in order to attract new as well as
existing customers. It can also be illustrated that we have made simple, attractive and effective
website so that people can easily and comfortably use to view varieties of products and select
one of the best among them. Use of e-commerce medium to promote products was also effective
for small business as it have not enough fund to expand its business and market its products to
large number of people. Thus company was able to increase its sales volume and profitability
because of adaptation of such techniques and development of websites. Promoting products and
services through online platform is one of the recent trends in marketing to influence younger
generation to prefer products and services of particular firm over other competitors. Company
can easily offer wide varieties of choice to customers to choose among by providing its products
through its official sites (Sambrook and et.al., 2018). The project also illustrated that website
helps company in effectively analysing needs and demand of people in order to gain competitive
advantages and expand its business. Firm increasing its presence in social sites is able to
maintain quick and close connect with customer at the same time able to understand their
grievance and problem. Therefore various measures can be taken to resolve grievance of
customers and improving performance so that it can achieve its objective and expand its market
share. It is also analysed from above project that preparing various strategies in advance helps
small business operation to perform its function effectively by protecting itself from various
threats and gaining advantages of available opportunities. Website is design in such a manner
that can influence number of people that belong to different age group, class and culture to view
its content and products and services delivered by company (King, 2017). The above project also
stated that online presence provide ease and comfort to customers to order products and services
while staying at home thus motivating large number of people to choose particular enterprise.

The project was made by considering all factors such as cost to be involved, benefit that it will
yield and outcome of project such as increase in awareness about business among existing
customers. Therefore it can be analysed that project helps in effective development of website
for increasing brand image, market share and awareness about various operation and product
offered by company to people living in the society.
Self evaluation
While making group presentation I get to know about some of my strength that exist in me
to perform various function and activities and effective presentation. Such as I get to know that I
have good communication skill that helps me to effective exchange number of information and
data that are necessary for making successful presentation. At the same time I get to know that I
have ability to take right and appropriate decision within limited time for benefit of group and
successful achievement of goals (Grossman, Friedman and Kalra, 2017). Working effective in an
team is another one of the strength that help me to coordinate with each other and enhance my
performance to achieve common objectives. The presentation has increased lot of knowledge and
skill of me that can be used in both personal and professional life to perform different function.
While preparing presentation I get to know about importance of time and resource management
for effective completion of task within limited time and efforts. I also learn Information
technology to be used to effectively collect and analysis data so that appropriate strategies or
plan can be made for gaining competitive positioning (Horrocks and et.al., 2018). Presentation
has also helps me in improving my research and interpersonal skill so that I can easily search
large number of information that is useful for particular purpose. At the same time learn to build
strong relationship with other and the way need to be work with team so that desired goals can be
achieved. There were various conflict among group member regarding ideas, opinion to be used
or other issue that result in effective communication and overlapping. But I take opportunity to
influence every member to put their best and extra effort so that presentation can be made
successful by using various management theories (Salas, Rico and Passmore, 2017). Therefore it
helps me in understanding that I have good ability to influence other and motivate them to work
in an particular manner for benefit of themselves and for all group members. There are various
areas that need to be improved in me so that I can grow and develop in future such as to enhance
my learning skill so that I can easily adapt new and innovative things. I have also decided to
enhance my management skill so that I can effectively manage resources and time to get

maximum result of desired output. Effective time management helps in performance of various
activities within time and provide various career opportunities. I have also learned that I need to
improve my writing skill as I was unable to explain my ideas, views and opinion to other people
though use of email. It can be improved by using proper words that have no similar meaning and
easily understood by other person (Singh, 2019). Thus by improving my writing skill I can
effective communicate with other people without any fear and hesitate. Therefore it can be stated
that above presentation has teach me a lot of things that need to be improved so that I can get
numerous opportunities in future career.
Team performance evaluation
Team performance can be evaluated by identifying areas in which our team excel and
areas that need to be improved so that further no mistake can be made and we can take
advantages of higher opportunities. While working in a team I noticed what are things in which
we excel that helps us in making successful presentation such as all group member were
accountable and responsible for effectively performing their duties that helps in coordination and
achievement of goals (Bronstein and Abramson, 2017). Feeling of collaboration and common
objectives of all individual and group members to give best presentation helps in effective
performance and achievement of common objectives. Trust between group members also helps
in division of works and coordination of performance of each individual with other people so
that effective presentation can be made. It can also be evaluated that free communication helps in
bringing new ideas, innovation and creative method to prepare presentation. At the same time it
helps in brining unity and effective distribution of work so that each group member can perform
its duties as per assigned. Therefore it can be illustrated that various strength of our team helps in
making presentation successful and effective and achievements of our goals. But at the same
time we get to know about various weak point of our team that need to be concerned so that in
future we can gain more and more opportunities to expand and grow our knowledge. As per my
view difference in opinion has resulted in conflict and impacted on performance of each group
member. It has also impact on open communication as members of group tend to hinder to
communicate with each other so we have to improve our management style so that issue and
problem of individual can be solved (van Diggelen and et.al., 2018). As in effective management
has lead to overlapping of work and ineffective coordination to perform various activities. At the
same time trust among member and motivation techniques used by me helps in encouraging

active participation of all member and effective achievements of goals. Common objective also
helps us to co-ordinately work and face various challenges so that common objectives can be
achieved. It can also be evaluate from above presentation that environment of blaming each other
for ineffective performance need to be improved it means everybody need to work as team and
take its responsibility to perform work. Equal participation from each group member also helps
in bringing unity and innovation to perform desired activities and function so it can be enhance
in order to gain competitive advantages in future (Watzek, Anselmann and Mulder, 2019).
Effective motivation can also be used in encouraging individual to improve their performance
and put extra effort so that goals can be achieved. Therefore it can be concluded from above
analysis that group member by improving some of areas can enhance its performance and work
effectively in an team towards desired goals and objectives.
