and questionnaire. It can be defined as set of questions where the participants are invited to fill
the basic questions which are asked and they have to give the opinion and feedback about any
particular topic. However the questionnaire has its own pros and cons they are described below

Positive Aspects
Response rate incline : The people has participated in a large number as it is not of high cost
and reliable and provide the opinions are of many individuals which was not possible in offline

Low cost : the cost of questionnaire is not to much as it is reasonable sometime it is of free cost
this adds the advantage . Moreover the numerous website has been created for doing the
surveys .
Real time access : the answers of each and every individual are stored automatically so it does
not act as obstacle. By all these things makes the work effortless and efficient and every process
is done in a structured process.
The Negative aspects
Survey fraud : this is the one of biggest hassle any organisation of an individual faces is the
fraud and unethical as the surveys are confusing and perplexed and sometime the website
turns out to be unethical this makes the work insufficient and the chances of getting fake
answer are high which mechanically results inefficient research.
Respondent availability and limited sampling : there is the certain section i9n a society or a
group which are least interested in answering the surveys and responding the questionnaire .
Drawing the sample conclusion and response became tremendous task and difficult in website

No interviewer: the lack in proper structure and trained interviewer does not bring the clarity
