is important the entrepreneurs has to introduced something new time-to-time which also make an
contribution in the growth of the economy. Entrepreneurs are those person who has ability to
take risk in terms of launching something new in market. It is not important that if entrepreneur
has something introduced then it will became success (Afshar Jahanshahi, Zhang and Brem,
2013). For this they have to make for efforts so that it is easy for them to attract large number of
customers. These both term are very important because through this they are making contribution
in the development of economy. In modern era, there are many people who prefer to do online
shopping which saves their time and cost. So innovation in services and in these kind of industry
are very important.

Concept of entrepreneurship and innovations
Innovation is the combination of inventive process whereas entrepreneur is one who
creates new value for the economic to defined stakeholders. Innovation is not just an idea
innovation is that to achieve something when idea is transformed into an best possible of
outcome. As per view of Courvisanos and Mackenzie (2013) it is examined that to introduced
something new for the development of commerce industry will give the advantage to
organisation. The concept of entrepreneurship and innovations are different from each other.
When the entrepreneur has launched something then it for a time period but innovation remains
for a long period of time. According to Crumpton (2012) it is depicted that it becomes the
responsibility of entrepreneur to handle or manage all the risk which are associated with the
entrepreneurship. They have to manage all the activities in appropriate manner in order to fulfil
their targets. Innovation is also that process to translate the idea and invention into to provide
quality of goods and services and to create the value for customers. In e-commerce industry the
organisation is trying to adopt new and leanest technologies in order to fulfil the needs of
customers. Entrepreneurs adopt new technologies in order to innovate new products or services.
Invention can be also done by organisation also in which it involve the performance of all
workers
Relationship between the entrepreneurship and innovation
The definition of entrepreneurial behaviour is almost identical with the innovation.
Innovation comprises two words basically technical and business. So whenever there is any
change in technology then it is just an invention. But soon it is applied on business world then it
became innovation. Similarly the entrepreneur is an individual person who establish their own
business and manage all the principles for attaining the target and maximise profits. As per view
of Frederick (2017) it is reserved that the entrepreneur is characterised by the innovation
behaviour. When the idea of entrepreneur became then it has converted into entrepreneurship.
They manage all the risk which are associated with the entrepreneurship and give direction to
managers and employees to perform their task in appropriate manner.
To sum up the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation is not simple thing
to give a answer in simple sentence. For the e-commerce industry it is important to understand

Impact of entrepreneurship and innovation in development of e-commerce industry
In e-commerce technology it continually evolving the the customers experiences and it
became essential for increasing the number of profits and sales. In an economy there are many
online retail stores who are planning to create and retain the customers by providing them
sophisticated experience while delivering the products. Like Drones, Droids are innovated by the
to transform the e-commerce industry. As stated by Drucker (2014) it is inferred that the growing
popularity of new technologies in online retail stores will also improve the growth of economy.
One of the of technology such as drone is the new innovation which help the organisation in
delivering the goods on time period. The new delivery system has played an important role in
delivering the products to aid disaster relief efforts. The new technology easily translates the
online retail industry by exploring the drone technology and it is the best solution of future e-
commerce. The entrepreneur interest in the development of software, it is is significant that
software should be integrated according to the needs of customers. The entrepreneurs will update
those software through which they can attract new customers in order to provide services through
online.
According to Galindo and Méndez (2014) it is examined that online retail industry such
as Amazon is trying to innovate new kinds of services for customers so that they can deliver the
goods in quick manner. Some new technologies has been framed which will be adopted by
online largest store company.

it is human observation which is based on the fact of study (Huarng and Hui-Kuang Yu, 2011).
It is based on naturalistic approach for this data has been collected with the help of interview and
observation. The following proposal will based on interpretivism approach to make the research
realistic and provide specific research data to investigator.
Research Design
Research design set the overall strategies for the research topic. It is a set of method and
procedures in analysing and collecting the data for the specific research. This research design is
applicable if data is collected in statistical analysis. There are different type of research design
which can be used by researcher such as; descriptive, correlation and many more. The following
proposal on to evaluate the synergies between the innovation and entrepreneurship will be based
on descriptive design.
Research approach
It is an effective technique which is used in conducting the research either in general or
specific way. There are different methods which help the researcher to collect the data from
different sources in efficient manner (Kerr, 2013). Research approach is of two types such as
inductive and deductive approach. In inductive approach, there are many theories which are
established and on the basis of that data are available. In deductive approach existing theories are
their which are applied on the research topic. The following proposal will based on inductive
approach. It means that qualitative research will be used.

Research strategy
The investigator will use many tools and techniques which help them to achieve their aim

approach. In this the researcher will collect the data from various sources which is based on
conceptual framework (Lakomaa and Kallberg, 2013). In modern era, it is important to use
proper tools and techniques so that appropriate strategies can be made by the investigator in
order to fulfil the outcomes.
Data collection method
In research proposal the research will always good if the proper data has been collected.
There are many tools and techniques which can be used by the investigator. The investigator will
collect the data from different sources such as primary or secondary sources. In Primary data, the
researcher will collect the information with the help of making the questionnaire on to evaluate
the synergies between the entrepreneurship and innovation on the development of E-commerce
industry. After this they will analyse the information. In secondary source of information, the
researcher will collect the information through books, blogs, authors and so on. Fro the present
proposal the sample size of employees and customers will be taken 20-20. The research
technique will be based on qualitative.
Sampling
Sampling is the process which is used in statistical analysis to predetermined the number
of observation which has been collected from the large number of population. There are different
kind of technique which can be used by the researcher to analyse the observation from large
number of data. These methods are probability and non probability. In probability sampling this
method is utilize when the researcher have to collect the information from random selection. In
this researcher has to set some procedures or process. In non probability techniques the sample
data are based on the subjective judgement which has been collected by the researcher rather
than random selection (Onetti and et. al., 2012). The present proposal will be based on random
selection techniques in which the organisation will prepare the questionnaire for the employees
and customers.

In this the researcher will use the qualitative technique to analyse data on the basis of
reliability and variability. With the help of these method it will be beneficial for the investigator
to analyse data in appropriate manner. The researcher will adopt the thematic style of working

be analysed on the basis of qualitative techniques.
Ethical consideration
In following proposal to evaluate the synergies between entrepreneurship and innovation
on development of businesses in E-commerce industry, the researcher will face many problems
such as the data which has been collected through primary or secondary they have to keep them
in ethical manner (Pantano, 2014). The research should be done in ethical practices. For this they
have to keep the data confidentiality and does not have to share with anyone. All the data must
be kept in privacy.
