which are been used by customer in order to engage the stakeholder in the business. E-commerce
is the commercial transaction conducted electronically on the internet. It is very important for the
business to use the e-commerce tools and techniques in order to make the stakeholder satisfied.
In order to engage employees within the business, the best way company can use it's that they
can provide e-training to there staff to make them trained and skilled. E-training is the is
delivering the knowledge by the use of digital technology. Providing e-training to employees
make them engage with the e-commerce activities.
As per the Nica and Potcovaru, (2015) E-commerce is also very essential for the
engaging customers with the company. It is fact that, entire retail industry is now running on the
social media. Thus, company can provide products and services to customer though online
media. It becomes more convenient for customers and the goal of company to make them engage
with the e-commerce activities will also be fulfilled. In addition to this, in rural and remote areas
where people suffer and they have to compromise due to small shops. In this case, Morrisons
online services and use of e-commerce activities will be very fruitful for the entire organisation
