Automatic pricing calculator for the e-commerce business
Abstract
System of automatic pricing calculator for the e-commerce business is designed for building
up a better e-commerce business. It will be used by the businessman who handle the sale
procedure, discount procedure and the stock count calculation. It will save time after building
up the system or the software (Yang, Yang & Ye, pp. 102-105).
By this application, the developer need not worry about the stock count because stock can be
rearranged by the low pricing structure.
Introduction
Automatic pricing calculator system for the e-commerce business is dependent on the
businessman who handles the overall discount process and the stock count calculation
process. It will reduce the complexity of managing the stock calculation (Cao 2016, p. 293).
Motivation
It will motivate us to calculate the pricing of the products or the remaining stock. It will
calculate according to the stock count. Sale and discount of each product also depend on the
remaining stock.
System Structure
Required Software:
Language: Advanced Java, Java EE, NetBeans IDE
Databases: SQLite or XAMPP
Web Server: phpMyAdmin
Required Hardware:
Processor: Intel i6, 7th generation
Hard disk: 500 GB and higher
RAM: more than 2 GB
Functions
a. It will provide the sale automatically with the help of this designed system.
b. It will reduce the risk of the products for expiring with the help of this designed
system.
User Requirements
a. Java platform is necessary for developing the complete system such as Netbeans IDE.
b. The operating system was also required such as Windows 10, or Windows XP.

Additional Features
Pricing calculator was also necessary for the users while developing the complete system of
automatic pricing calculator.
Challenges and the complexities
the application should be user-friendly with the help of the GUI application. It will need the
SQLite Database and the Java platform for building up the system.

This application was designed for calculating the product prices automatically for the
building up the e-commerce business. It will reduce the complexity in the expiry date of the
products. The businessman will handle the complete sale and the discount process for the end
users and also provide the better or the satisfied pricing of the products.
