wants to achieve higher growth and success than it is important that they will effectively analysis
the market and analysis the current trend related to technology. The issue on which this essay is
based is related to adoption of new technology including e-commerce and social media. It will
include various positive and negative affect of adopting this technology on business growth.

commerce and social media. It was analysis that with the growth and development of technology
organisation will start adopting the technology like social media & e-commerce. It is analysis
that adopting this type of technology will have both positive and negative impact on organisation
growth and success. New technology will play a crucial role in successfully achieve the
organisation goal and objective. While on the other hand adoption of this type of technology will
also negatively affect the growth and success of company. These new technology will assist in
spread the positive word of mouth over the internet related to the company, while on the other
hand it will also rapidly spread the negative image related to company. New technology refers to
a technology which will assist an organisation in improving their business operations. It will
provide cost benefit to an organisation & enhance the revenue for company. Adopting
technology like e-commerce and social media will have both positive and negative impact which
is mention below:

It is analysis that adoption of new technology will positively impact the growth and
success of an organisation. Such as adopting technology like e-commerce & social media help an
organisation to be competitive in market. With the development of countries and increase in
globalisation it is analysis that competition for organisation in the market will also increase
(Khan and et. al. 2021). For effectively face the competition and maintain a competitive position
in market it is important that company will timely adopt the new technology which will help
company to provide better services to their customer at a wider area. Adoption of new
technology will assist an organisation to achieve competitive advantage in market that will also
enhance their profitability (Kim, and et. al. 2019). Other than this it is analysis that by adopting
new technology in organisation they are able to enhance their level of productivity. It will
analysis that technology like e-commerce and social media will help company to directly connect
with their customers and increase their efficiency to provide better offers and services to their
customer. It is analysis that by adopting new technology company is able to improve the quality
of their business operations and save cost for organisation (Liang and Yang, 2018). Other than

chances of stolen of information is more because of many numbers of hackers and crackers are
available over there. They are the person who will stole the personal information of organisation
and leak it over internet. There are also the chances that they will sell the secret information of
company to the rivals which will directly affect the growth of organisation. Other than this
another negative impact of it is that for adoption of this type of technology it will require a large
amount of investment which will directly influence the profitability of an organisation. For being
competitive in market it is important that company will timely adopt the new technology but it is
quite difficulty for small organisation or for the organisation which will not earn that much profit

From the above discussion it is recommended that an organisation will require to
timely adopt the new technology so that they will maintain a competitive position in market and
for reducing the negative impact related to such kind of technology company it require to
develop effective strategy and use appropriate security software so that they will protect their
information from other person.
