But they have felt that the running process of business degrades day by day as because they
have utilized only computer and related software (Vysotska, Hasko and Kuchkovskiy 2015).
Later, another company has come into the market and distributes the products not only the
local people but also a wide range of Australia. For that, they have concerned their
degradation of business and decided to implement the e-commerce system into their business.

Colin and John have started a business with the pre packed products including baby
products as well as bath or toilet products or small furniture etc. and delivered them to the
local customers (Chen et al. 2015). For their business, they have utilized the computer and
software for running their business. But in the present days they have found that their
business has been degraded in terms of quality. They have confronted such system or
customers related issues in their business.
Issues in the business
During the execution of their business, they have found that the business is running
with some issues. The issues are:

Colin and John have faced diverse business issues and cannot provide the exact
solution to mitigate the issues. They have confronted the issues based on unmanageable
pricing information as well as detailing information of the home products and also lack of
communication with the customers and also suppliers (Lin 2014). In this scenario, they have
decided to take the e-commerce system by mitigating these business issues. In accordance

the best method and it is applicable in the current business scenario. With the help of this

Dong 2015). Moreover, this e-commerce system takes the advantage of the internet system
and builds a software by which their interaction power is not only bounded within the local
customers but also it spreads across internationally.
With the help of online marketing, the company has interacted with the customers for
knowing their problems and solve that issues as possible. Moreover, due to this e-commerce
system, it helps to access easily the business processes and also makes the processes faster.
Also, this e-commerce system helps to decrease the paper work (Guo, Wang and Li 2017).

For winning the competitive market, the e-commerce system is considered as the business
driver by which all of the business operations conducts through online system.
Also, another part is, this system is so beneficial for the customers that they can
purchase the products through online marketing staying at home locations. Through this
online system, it is easy to track the customers’ product orders and also it is manageable for
the owner of the company also. In addition to this, the online shopping comprises the variety
of the products and for that the customers can see the variation and can purchase the products
as per their likings.
According to case incident, there comes a competitor within the same industry and
that company delivers their products across most of the locations of Australia. In this
scenario, the e-commerce system helps to stay the company within the competitive market
(Trautman 2015). Moreover, this system helps to spread the business of the company across
the globe. Another benefit of this system is to conduct the business with lower cost. For that,
as a consequence, it helps to gain more profit for the company.
Conclusion
From the overall descriptive analysis, it can be said that the e-commerce system is one
of the important system which provides the positive sign to the business. It helps to interact
with the customers as well as suppliers through online process. Moreover, this system can
able to track all of the customers’ orders and also provides the variation in terms of products
to the customers. In this way, Colin and John carry their business towards the success point.
