website. As it is important that these issues must be implemented and focussed for the successful
operation of the website so the business need to be very cautious towards this aspect.
Legal:
The legal issues are generally related with laws and regulations. These issues have a
severe important towards the operation of the website. This is because in order to run a website it
is important that there must be legal compliance (Chen, 2018). With regard to this website it is
important that the various acts and laws including the Consumer Right Act, Data protection Act,
Consumer protection Act and various other laws need to be complied. This is because with
respect to these laws the efficient operation of the website in terms of making a sale to its
customers would be possible. As this is a digital website which make sales of Bluetooth speakers
to customers so it involves a direct interaction with the customers which means it involves the
sharing of personal data which need to be protected and secured as per the compliance of the
Data Protection Act. This shows that its implementation need to be made compulsory for the
smooth operation of the business. Likewise, the website would also ensure that the Customer

there are several security issues that are being faced by the business running the e-
