1. Firstly, before analysing these issues it is required by the people to clear the two
expressions: the deviance Model and rational Analytical Perspective: The rational system
Perspective makes focus upon the formal structure of the company. The rational system
perspective sees a company as the individual’s group who work together to follow the
particular objectives. This model states that the people depend on the rational calculation
to get results that are in line with the own aims or targets (Grayson, 2017). On the other
hand, the deviance model affirms the cultural value as well as the norms. It tells that the
people should keep attitude to others. The deviance model encourages the social changes.
Deviant individuals push the ethical boundary of the societies. It also advices the
alternative to status-quo. It motivates the changes in the society. As according to these
models, the Mexican government can be held responsible for the issue of drugs in the
jurisdiction. The reason is that the social changes cannot be made without the proper
involvement of the civil societies as well as the government. These models require
following the corrective actions by the government. The government should have make
focus on the financial root as well as the social root of offences as well as addiction
(Shirk & Wallman, 2015).
2. Since year 2007, around ten thousand persons have died in the drug violence in Mexico.
The question is that what is to blame? It is essential to know who is responsible for the
drug violence in Mexico. Some people say that this is the unappeasable consumer’s
demand of America for the illegal drugs and a continuous flow of gun that arm alliances.
Some other people says that the own government of Mexico is ineffectual in regulating

the trading of drug cartels due to the extensive corruption in law enforcement in a nation.
The United States Congress is not able to avoid the increasing violence spilling over
borders. The United States Congress has approved the seven hundred million dollars in
the security help for Mexico. The US government has also promised various central
agents as well as intelligence forecasters devoted to an issue. The officers on both sides
surprise whether it will create the dent in this issue (Osorio, 2015).
Further, America has not initiated proper actions to stop the prohibited smuggling of
weapon within the border, so various guns used in drug violence in Mexico may be traced
back to USA. The government of Mexico restricts the American assistance in opposing
drug trafficking from Mexico into USA. It is also claimed by Mexico government that
direct intervention of USA government violates the independence of Mexico. America is
not to blame for political corruption in domination of Mexico that has permitted for
breakdown of Mexican law enforcement as well as capability of drug cartels to operate
with licence. It is required by the government of Mexico to take the whole accountability
for what is going on in the jurisdiction of country. It is also required that the government
of Mexico should re-examine the ides of illegalisation of the drugs in the nation (Trejo &
Ley, 2018).
