The External factors can be essentially described as the various forces which often have
an influence on the different operations of the firm and tend to have an impact on the overall
business performance. In consideration of this, it is essential to understand that the various
factors comprise of the Political, Economic factors, Technological factors, Legal factors, Socio-
cultural factors and the Environmental factors.
Out of the given set of factors, the factor which will give the biggest impact on the
business will be the Socio cultural factors. Hence, the factor which I would have chosen would
be the Socio-Cultural factors. The reason why the particular factor would be chosen by me is
because it would help in influencing the demands of the product sold by the enterprise. In
addition to this, it is necessary to understand that the socio-cultural factors have a strong
influence on the business as the supply also has to be managed according to the demand as
portrayed by the customers.
Hence, after choosing this external force, this particular force would be monitored by
using various external market analysis and by using a tool called the Customer relationship
management. In consideration of this, it is essential to note that the changing cultural factors
affecting the business will be measured and strategies will be made as per the data collected.
Primary as well as secondary sources will be made use of and the information retrieved will be
applied in the business strategies.
