2JOB DESCRIPTION – EDA ENGINEERS
managing the risks within a project in my coursework was the most feasible task that I would
have ever asked for.
Approach or action
Display of Interpersonal Skills: The first approach that I had taken up to perform the
risk management analysis about the discourse in the project was to use my acquired skills and
risk management relevant to the problem. The skills that I involve within the project I was
assigned with was the problem solving forming the strategic business plan, the required
analytical skills, communication management within the entire organisation, understanding of
the business prospects and process, presenting diplomacy and then negotiating with the entire
organisation and the employees and ability to work seamlessly even under pressure.
Engagement of Stakeholders and forming a collaborative plan: I had analysed the
entire situation using all the skills mentioned above that I am capable of and prepared a five step
risk management process for the entire problem according to the stakeholders involved within
the project and how will these stakeholders be affected with the project discourse. I have
understood the engagement of different stakeholders within the program and elaborated on the
affect of the situation. I made sure that the collaborative plan that I made to overcome the
situation included every stakeholder equally as per their involvement in the project.
Flexibility of approach: At first I identified the risk addressing to the identification of
the bug and the characteristics of it so that I could analyse in which way the discourse would
have harmed the project and the organization further. I have done analysing the entire device to
make sure the capability of the harm of the project and the ways in which it could be destroyed.

3JOB DESCRIPTION – EDA ENGINEERS
Display of problem solving skills: Next I had evaluated and ranked the risk that has
been within the problem. Then I had to treat the entire risk. after the risk has been mitigated I
still did not give up looking for the risks that could have still been there for the discourse in the
project and monitor for a certain time the entire problem and if they were created for the
problems. I presented a review of the monitor and thus completed my risk management process.
Result
According to the research and investigations: The result or outcome of the entire risk
management process that I was assigned with within my coursework what is a successful process
and I had feasibly mitigated the entire problem associated with the bug in the software that could
have found the device causing arson. I believe this would meet the selection criteria that I have
applied to as an EDA Engineer and I hope the information would suffice the requirements
needed.
