INTRODUCTION
The reflective essay is based on the community related adult education and
understand the fundamental concept in business development. It will discuss the Barnardo’s
enterprise in which provide the charitable services in marketplace. The documentation will
examine the working criteria of Barnardo’s firm and identify how it will be establishing a
strong collaboration with partners. Furthermore, it will summarise the brief idea of
collaboration partnership in the context of children’s education.
General description of the subject
In my personal experience, I have been shared the general description on the
Barnardo’s firm. It is the oldest and largest children’s based charity enterprise which is
mainly operating in Scotland 1892. The company was offering education services over
16,300 children, young people and other families. In another way, it has been specialised 140
community based services in global world. Based on the personal experience, I have found
that Barnardo’s started to collaborate with different services (Abate and Adamu, 2022). The
aim of enterprise is establishing a strong collaboration across different sectors. In some cases,
I have been analysed the significant role of political parties in order to achieve desirable
results or outcomes. Most importantly, it would be generating best results for young people
and children’s.
On the basis of evaluation, I have been focused on the Barnardo’s firm and
understand that how they were starting a collaboration with partners. This was great
opportunity for enterprise is to identify importance of business people those are mainly
focused on the organisation (Wood, 2022). The main reason for collaboration is that when
Barnardo’s firm provide excellent charitable facility for children’s.
Barnardo’s is working with different partners such as local, state governments. At
certain point, I have found that company have faced a challenges because many children,
young people face a crisis. Barnardo’s firm will start to resolve complex problem or issues of
poor families, who are unable to spend a lot of money in their education. In this way, I have
been analysed that Barnardo’s firm will try to establish a direct link with children’s families
and recognise some kind of common issues. According to me, this was very complex
procedure need to be followed by enterprise (Assefa, 2022). It is not easy for enterprise to
understand problem at single. There are investment required in order to use a suitable
systems. On the other hand, company has focused on the power of partnership and joining

forces across different charity. In my personal experience, I have been examined that state
government support the business to provide the best quality of services and generate excellent
results or outcomes. Based on the analysis, it has found that 791 services and other
partnership are worked together, establish a strong partnership with other charity sectors. I
have been focused on the strategic partnership which is mainly used by Barnardo’s firm and
implementing innovation or system change. This can be possible due to the national centre
who was expertise in the local delivery services. Now, I will continue to respond and evolve
the emerging as well as existing needs across global nations.
I have observed that Barnardo’s firm uses collaborative practice in order to identify
the partnership in working but at some point, it is very challenging to handle different factors
such as social, cultural and structural (Smythe, Wilbur and Hunter, 2021). These kind of
factors are playing an important role during collaboration. So, it would require to manage and
control in proper manner. The effectiveness of collaboration means that reshaped the business
process by motivating agencies that involved and improve best possible results or outcomes.
Based on the personal experience, there is no doubt that partnership working is one of the
best approach in Scotland with handling through empowerment Scotland act 2015. Generally,
it is started with community planning and then build a strong collaboration with other people.
Barnardo’s firm has been used CLD practitioners in order to understand, recognised
the advantage of collaboration approach. Without any doubt, it has already identify that
Barnardo’s firm is working with different partners. This is why because of providing the
excellent services to the community based children’s. Based on the personal experience, it
was clearly representing the advantage of collaboration such as increasing level of funds,
solving complex problems and develop a new service (CYBORAN, 2022). These kind of
advantages are playing an important role in order to establish a partnership with carers,
nurseries, schools and social works. These are different sectors where it needs to be build a
strong package. Afterwards, it can easily fulfil all essential need or requirement for children’s
and young adults. In my opinion, it is important aspect to establish a strong collaboration
with different projects regarding community development. In this way, it can easily develop a
better evaluation in terms of nurture service between different participants and co-workers.

I have been identified that Barnardo’s firm use social learning approach in their
business and focused on the charitable activities. The aim of enterprise is only providing the
best quality of education services for young adults, children. At that time of uncertain
situation, I have realised that company may use social learning because it helps to understand
the social benefits or advantages. Nowadays, I have found that many poor people are unable
to fulfil all essential or basic requirements. Therefore, it is becoming a great moment for
charitable firm to establish a collaboration with different communities. For example- by using
CLD (community learning & development), Barnardo’s firm can be analysed the current
opportunities and involved with different communities, providing the best strategic planning.
By using Knowles Theory of Andragogy, Barnardo’s firm is attempt to develop an
effective approach or strategy for learning purpose of children’s, young adults (Siembida and
et.al., 2022). According to me, this kind of theory is one of the best self-directed approach in
order to handle responsibility and make an important decisions.
Description of own thought
In my personal experience, I have been shared the idea about the Barnardo’s firm and
how they will establish a strong collaboration with partners. Without any doubt, I have
focused on the Barnardo’s practitioner who are sharing their view on the different kind of
collaborative practice. Based on the discussion, I have expressed opinion on the strategic
community planning approach which is mainly used by Barnardo’s firm. The company is
based on the volunteers and community education which provide 960 different services local
communities. Sometimes, it including education’s service for children and helping from
different variety of backgrounds (Lepore, Hall and Tandon, 2021). At the time of
collaboration, I have been identified the role of different practitioner volunteers who can
assist in helping young people, children at certain level. My main focus is to gain more
knowledge and develop understanding towards business demands. Typically, I have realised
that everyone working together but it can be possible through ethics, competencies and
beliefs. For example- learning necessary skills, sharing more knowledge or differences,
supporting community, meeting with new people.
Based on the research, I have found that practitioners of Barnardo’s are gaining more
experience when they were established a collaboration with partners and also manage
working style. This kind of approach can be applied in the complex business situation.
Usually, I have been developed an ability to understand the working approach which is

seeking to combine by well-recognised experts (Salem and Bond, 2021). The personal view
is similar on the role of experts on the Barnardo’s business process. In some situation, I have
analysed the concept of safeguarding which can be established a strong link with CLD
practitioners. Sometimes, it is also using CLD code for purpose of ethics and values.
On the other hand, I have tried to express opinion that Barnardo’s works in proper
collaboration with different enterprises. In this way, it helps to make a strong team and
provide the best quality of services for young people’s or adults. Before analysing the current
situation of enterprise, I am trying to think as practitioners and identify that how they can use
an effective strategic planning approach. This was main focus of me to find the best example
in which create a specific differences between large enterprises. According to me, it is very
important to calculate or estimate the differences between different practitioner’s volunteers.
In some cases, it has been rapidly changed the opinion or view point of individuals in the
specific topic or subject. On daily basis, I am always focused on the targeted aim, strategic
planning to generate desirable outcomes.
CONCLUSION
In above analysis, it has been summarised the community of adult education and use a
specific fundamental concepts in the context of business growth or development. Based on
the analysis, it can be determined the working approach of Barnardo’s enterprise where they
can easily deal with charitable services in Scotland market. On the basis of discussion, it has
been analysed the specific criteria of Barnardo’s firm where they can easily establishing a
strong collaboration with partners. Furthermore, it has been described the innovative idea in
terms of collaboration partnership for children’s education.
