INTRODUCTION
Right to education is recognised as a basic human right to address the free entitlement
of compulsory primary education for every person. The international standards under the
declaration of human rights reveal that every person has the right to education. Moreover, it
says that the primary education and the elementary education should be mandatory. Higher
education may or may not be accessible to everyone due to increasing approach of dealing
the education system as an economic activity.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Fundamental education should be regulated for all regardless of age by promoting and
announcing workshops on the basic education. The UNESCO convention has insisted the
national and state parties to undertake policy formation to provide equal opportunity for free
primary education. However, the scenario of availing equal opportunity has totally been
reversed hurting the right to equity and right to education. The dignity of a human is
recognised when everyone enjoys his or her fundamental rights because human is born free
and has the right to remain equal for all the basic amenities that are required to spend life
(Jackson & Allan, 2017).
EXPLAINATION IN DEPTH FOR THE FAVOUR
Although the condition and situation of people have been improved, as they were able
to access fundamental education after the implementation of many policies to promote
education. However, some greedy executives do not allow policy makers to execute their
plans of providing clean and inclusive educational spaces to people. There is need to consider
the outcome or output, which must be incurred after implementing strategic, plans (Marshall,
& Goodall, 2015).

As far as the choice of career plan is concerned, a loyal, honest, and trustworthy
professional teacher or professor practiser is needed who can have the courage to go good
things for others rather than self. The plan on a specific teacher profession is to create a group
of students in the university and then target to serve unhygienic and poor elementary schools.
All the individuals would take a responsibility of an individual student and make them learn
the basic course at the primary school level (Hanbazaza et al., 2016).
SOLUTIONS/ALTERNATIVES
Certain CST principles and ideas have defined golden rules such as ethic of
reciprocity, which is regarded as universal principles in ethics. The golden rule relates the
family support to the actions such as education, which can build a sustainable, peaceful, and
global society. Catholic social thought prioritizes human dignity through fundamental human
rights, which are considered essential top human conditions (Books, 2015).
Business administration as an education helps and guides the person as per the rights-
based approach. Education helps to acknowledge the diversified thinking of different people
that can come effectively through education experiences. It helps to build a cosmopolitan
identity that helps to generate a sense of togetherness through equitable and democratic
education. The aim of Professional practice is not only to acquire certain knowledge but also
to develop a human character, emotional, social skills, and a sense of dignity. When a person
is in profession for educating people, they have the ability to transform and improve the
culture of schools and inclusive educational places (Zhang, 2014).
Every professional practice has ethics as a subject, which focuses on human dignity.
Career is a powerful tool through which social and economic margin can be minimised by
uplifting the people who are below poverty. Although, the authorities have incurred a huge
sum of money to avail the education to the people who cannot afford education. The
government have provided the provision of free primary education to the people who cannot

afford. These executives could not understand the importance of education and human
dignity (Oketch, 2016).
CONCLUSION
After the completions of primary education, many people could not afford to access
higher education on the basis of their merit. These days, a new concept of bribery and
donation have been introduced to judge the capability of the student. To promote the better
future of any career, an abled and capable student should be given opportunity. If not, chance
to reluctant and rich student can ruin the dignity of particular profession. However, education
has become mandatory to maintain a social standing with dignity. Other social groups and
government authorities are trying to improve the education system.
