EXECVUTIVE SUMMARY
Education is the intermediate that gives us the skills, methods, information and
knowledge to know, realize and respect the work we have towards our society, families
and the nation. Therefore, the property of the importance of education in life is immense
as well as multi fold. The value of education in life is that it assist that everyone should
develop a good position of looking and perspective at the world and our society.
Education helps us in getting new ideas and exploring new idea too. Nowadays, The
department of education is being considered as the most important in the field of gaining
knowledge as well as making people aware about the several terms. Education is
considered as a relevant part of our lives as it helps a person to get cognition and improve
self-confidence in life. It can help the individuals to improve their career and personal
growth. As an educated person can become a great citizen in society. It also helps us to
take the right decisions in life. The PhD is considered as an effective degree which can
help the students to flourish in their career. The Education department can provide
various benefits to the students who wants to pursue PhD in Education field, as the
credentials are high, greater availability of jobs in public as well as the private sector.
Doing PhD in the field of Education can be beneficial for the students to get success in
their career. this report included the ways in which the pursuit of PhD in the field of
education can help The University in terms of adhering to its values and advancing its
research qualities.

Section 3: Personal Statement
PhD's and research degrees are considered as the most effective and excellent degrees which
can be opted by the students so as to make a successful career. These degree can help the
students to start and continue the research in a particular field in which they are having
interest. PhD is chosen by various students around the world so that they can make an
excellent career and can achieve their personal and professional goal as well. I chose PhD so
that i can develop my career, and enhance my future in terms of job prospects. My
educational background has always been quite effective, as I have a diploma in mechanical
along with the Degree of B.tech in mechanical engineering and a Degree of Masters in
International business as well. These Degrees are pursued from the well known universities
in India, which have set a great target for the students to achieve success from.
Talking about the Academic skills, my technical efficiency is good and I do also have some
training and certifications in various fields which makes my CV more attractive. As I choose
to opt PhD, it will also be beneficial in many terms as I can maintain my core efficiency in
my particular field of interest that is Education and can pursue various research and
development criteria through which I can perform effectively in my field of interest along
with the proper knowledge and interest in the field of Education. PhD requires a lot of skills
such as dedication , determination along with the proper knowledge and capability in the
particular department you want to pursue. I do have core strengths of mine in various areas
such as, budgeting and asset planning, Project execution maintenance and quality Assurance
and control development. These skills of mine will also be helpful for my personal as well as

professional development so that I can achieve my aims as the Degree of PhD will enhance
my ability to think critically, capacity to solve problems and it will also help me to improve
my decision making quality along with the availability to get higher returns.

I want to pursue my PhD from Buckinghamshire New university which is a well known
university Established in 1891, the University is very effective in providing the best quality of
Education to its students along with the various features and specializations. The University
also have various degrees and diploma courses which can be opted by the students in the field
of their interest. Buckingham shire University has various policies and strategies which they
follow so as to make the university top class and different among the other universities. The
Strategies of the Universities are based on the historic mission to transform the lives of the
students by inspiring them and also providing the employment opportunities in the field of
their interest. The strategy of the university also involves the profession based education
system by which the students can get connected, strategically aligned and innovative.
The policies of the University will be duly complied during the course of My PhD, The
department with which I will pursue my PhD will be the Education department. The
Academic integrity policy will relate to my degree of PhD, as I will not use any secondary
form of data and use of plagiarism will be avoided during my entire stay of PhD.
The Attendance engagement policy will also be considered as I will maintain my
effectiveness and regularity in the University and I will also maintain the criteria of minimum
75% of attendance through out the Completion of my degree to maintain the position by
following the policies of the University.
