Peer to Peer support is one of the most important
aspect which I have learned from this module. It
refers to those concepts under which the
employees or subordinates are getting support
from their managers in each stage of their
working. It is very important aspect which enable
the managers to influence and direct their
employees towards their work. Peer to peer
support are very helpful for me in my academic
life as my teachers provide considerable moral and
resource support to me so that I can get
