learning to use classroom cultural diversity for higher education standards. The curriculum
would help engage students to create opportunities and construct a broadened approach for
higher education. The intercultural perspectives are appreciated that provide enhanced
knowledge and appreciate the effective professional practice. The intercultural interaction skills
of students will be improved and a global work environment is created. The article examines the
study that embeds competency development using EXCELL as a well-established intercultural
competency for several courses. There are certain limitations and assumptions in the study which
even indicates intercultural resources and incorporates intercultural competency in curriculum
design in education and business (Barker & Mak, 2013). There are several universities around
the world that work on global perspectives for students with graduate attributes. The need for
globalization in education has coupled with the concept of cross-cultural capability to participate
socially and professionally in terms of multicultural environment. The dynamic and interactive
phase is defined in intercultural competence that transforms the skills and attitudes of people for
effective communication with a wide range of cultures in different context. Cross-Cultural
education provides a transformational and effective nature that works on learning criteria and
professional development (Barker & Mak, 2013).

The topic of ethics in education is a compelling subject though it has its origin in ancient times.
This is a practical engagement and a theoretical framework that empowers the ultimate destiny.
Globally, there are certain problems in ethics. The case of scandals and international cases are
discussed with governance and corruption (Roberts, 2015). Ascertaining the high involvement of
conflicts of interest, the common aspects of business is determined in a better way. Ethics in
higher education and the agenda of stakeholders is the core concept and is determined while
using a tool for working on ultimate destiny. Education is the center that is an important center
for the development of the human settlement. With the help of education, the purpose and
meaning of life are associated in the society that is for the benefit of an individual that derives
and gains powers to empower in the near future. Education is the concept that works on

strategies that prevent the ethical issues in the information and technology field. With the new
advances, the information technology has brought towards a/ new glance that measures the
benefits and advantages. Computer ethics is a new topic that is focused on information and
technology and derives future growth. The society is based on computers and digital age thereby
there are benefits that can derive the importance of ethics in the field of information and
technology (Sargolzaei & Nikbakht, 2017). The growth of the internet and the development of
the possible strategies for advanced information systems is observed with abuse of personal data
in information technology. There are moral damages that are considered while having a virtual
identity that is a common cause of social abnormalities that is observed in society.
