The aim of student is to achieve success in the university. In order to achieve growth, it is
necessary for a student to work with focus and learn in an effective manner. Here, in this essay
there is discussion related to Covid-19 and its impact. It is seen that the pandemic has impacted
upon various sectors and majorly on hospitality, travel and leisure. It is essential to understand
the impact of Covid and learn from the same (Liu, 2019). Formative feedback is a continuous
activity of teachers in class that help to identify the areas of improvement of students. A student
can know about their areas of weakness that helps an individual in improving summative
assessed work. There are various cultural and behavioural expectations that are required by an
individual to take a business management degree. At the same time, it is necessary to note that
taking the review from peers is important and working in team will help students to enhance their
learning experience.

Covid-19 pandemic is faced by whole world. It has impacted all the business organisation
operating in different industries. It has a negative impact on hospitality, travel and leisure. The
people are scared of moving out from homes and they were required to follow strict lock down
around the world (Davahli and et. al., 2020). It is a problematic situation for customers as well, it
has a great impact on the business of hospitality, travel and leisure industry. It has been observed
that there were low sales in hospitality industry. It creates unemployment and some of the
employees left the organisation due to lack of motivation (Kang and et. al., 2021) (Park and
Jones, 2021). The morale of employees went down and were unable to cope up with the
situation. There were low sales in the industry and profitability graph went down. The
organisations fired employees due to less work and no money to pay salaries. Now, the hotels are
required to focus on health and safety of customers as well as employees. It is seen that all the
individuals are concerned about health. The provision of wearing mask and using sanitizers are
essential in hotel industry (Huang and et. al., 2020). This requires the organisation to have proper
safety measures in order to save their employees and customers from this virus. The mental
stress is continuously increasing due to isolation, low business incomes, fear of virus, etc. It has
also impacted on the business of hospitality industry. That's why they need to motivate

seriously. If the students knows about their areas improvement than they can make action plan to
formulate their goals. It is necessary to note that the feedback of teacher in class is also helpful
for the students and helps them in improvising. With the help of short term goals I am able to
achieve their long term goals and the use of formative feedback also serves as a guide for
summative assessment. It will helps me to work on my skills as well as knowledge. Formative
feedback refers to the set of instructions that are beneficial for improving knowledge and abilities
of a student. These instructions will also help me in providing the person several corrective
measures and formulate better strategies that will be beneficial for the students (Panadero and et.
al., 2019). My teachers also provide me formative feedbacks that helps me in my summative
assessment to score good marks and also develop myself for future career goals.

are unable to understand the way of working. But with the help of peer-to-peer support, new
recruiters are able to understand the way of working of organisation as they get full guidance
from their colleagues. So in this way, peer-to-peer support works (Ihrig and et. al., 2020). In
addition to this, I also analysed that team working is also very important in every field. It is very
helpful in achieving organisational goals where every employee is ready to work in group. Their
personal goals get integrated with organisational goals. Team work leads to collaboration and
coordination between people that makes easy for them to achieve desired results. Both peer-to-
peer and team working are effective in enhancing learning experiences. In my own experience, I
found that peer-to-peer support and team working are necessity for achieving goals. In lectures
of University, where I have to did a group assessment then I always get good support from my
