examples of effective praise?
To encourage a child’s effort I would always appreciate by
using praise such as Wonderful, super good, nice job done,
excellent, amazing.

Active listening is when the communication is made interactive.
It is a way in which the listener is also asked to participate.
Active listening is important as it helps the listener to get to

To interact with a boy or girl i would offer something to eat or

Yes this will build trust between us. We should not lie.

taught to us by our teacher.

duty towards other’s culture. There are people of different caste
and creed who live together and study together. It’s our duty to
respect their mindset and culture and participate together in
festive or functions.

organising debates, or some competition we can encourage.

A. I would ask them directly about my behaviour if all is ok. I would make
sure that my actions are not hurting anyone emotions. I will teach my

I would teach the students to not comment or bully anyone. By
organising debates and class activities for everyone to participate. And
also by talking to everyone whenever it is possible. Indulging in to sports.

By organising group art competition or cultural programmes and
organising debates every week for improving the knowledge about
different culture.

You report the situation to a teacher who hurries in and just cleans the
blood with a tissue, sticks on a couple of band aids and tells the girl she
will be fine and sends her hobbling away. The teacher then promptly
throws the bloodied tissues in the closest bin and goes back to her
playground duty. As she passes you she states “never make it a big
deal, they just need to learn to get over it”.
- If it is a non-compliance, what would you do next?
The teacher should have given proper aid to the girl. Yes it is non
compliant, I would request the teacher to test for tetanus, and send her
to rest room for medical check up in the school and also clean his hands
first so that the infection does not spread.
Scenario 3
You are an EA assisting on a playground duty. A child comes up to you
limping and is crying uncontrollably. You try to settle the child and find
out she has fallen over a crack in the pavement and her knee has a big
gash and is bleeding heavily.
- Who could you seek feedback from in regards to your own conduct in
this matter, and your continued compliance with legislation, policies and
procedures?
Giving the student to the medical aid, would ask him how it happened. It
can be possible that the boy may be in pain so he may not answer. I
would ask the fellow class mates present there to explain how it
happened. I would do the best to eliminate such situation. Then I will call
the nurse of the school to care the student and send him home or ask hs
parents to come.

education support industry?
Education sector is demanding but also mentally
satisfying. Working in an education field gives exposure to
wide variety of perspective. It has a stable schedule and
the task is all of social cause. The personal fulfilment is
derived. In this job sector there are more chances of inter
personal interactions. With my knowledge and dedication I
will be able to give more to the society. I will perform my
duties in accordance to the rules to be the nest teacher.
23. What are your future career goals?
24My future goal is to pursue teaching or working in the
administration sector of a school. I want to grow as a great
