Self-assessment
1. Till now I have been able to establish my position in terms of education. I have been able
to use my abilities to secure the position that I currently am in. I feel that I am on the
right verge of establishment of favourable relations with the teaching and non-teaching
staff of my school as well as positive a positive beginning of relationship formulation
with the student.
2. I have realised that I am yet to establish a rapport with the students. I enjoy to have a
good time and do not wish to make work stressful for myself as well as the students. If I
am able to incorporate study and fun the student would like to study the subject and will
also be engaged to me and the subject.
3. The only difficulty that I have encountered till now is getting the favourable and suitable
atmosphere inside the class rooms and campus. Since I am new to the system, I have
found that the students are not comfortable with me yet. I have realised that the comfort
level of the pupils depend on the atmosphere or the setting. Thus, I am facing difficulty in
implementing the necessary change.
4. As per my perception, my key strength is my positive attitude to deal with a new
endeavour. I take pride in the knowledge that I have gathered and I feel that my
optimistic approach to things will help me in succeeding in my field.
5. I have the qualification that are needed to succeed in the industry, however, I lack the
experience that is needed in order to succeed in the said industry. I love children and I
love dealing with them. However, I have not found myself dealing with them at large and
am having difficulties in coping with the large number of students.

6. I think I am on the right track of achieving success in the industry. I am on the right track
of becoming successfully established in the field of education. I am motivated to perform
effectively and achieve personal and organisational goals.
