Roles of a teacher in education and training is described as -

 This is the main role of teacher which is meeting and identifying individual learner's
needs (Sumantri and et.al., 2018).
 Teacher helps in motivating the learners to develop their ability and aspiration to learn
new things in education so that the training process is analyzed effectively and in
appropriate manner.
 Teacher's main role is to promote behavior that is appropriate and provides respect to
others.
Role of a teacher is to also ensure that all the rules and regulations are followed effectively by
the learner. Main role by being a teacher is that it helps in identifying the needs of the learner.
There are some major responsibilities as a teacher which is described as -
 The prime responsibility of a teacher is to ensure that the learners are enrolled in
correct course of action so that they known what type of learning the students are
involved into.
 The teacher should ensure responsibility of how to promote supportive and safe
learning environment (Schaefer and et.al., 2019).
 Ensuring of professional development is also known which helps in knowing the
major aspects through which teacher is able to analyze and evaluate the
responsibilities which are majorly evaluated for learning at large scale.
 Planning of learning activities which are specific and helps in learning effectively.

There are some boundaries which may arise between professionals and other teachers. This helps
in knowing what is the basis through which there are boundaries which are created between
teachers and other professionals. There are some boundaries which are mentioned effectively and
this enables teaching without discriminating or stereotyping. Learners confidentiality and
information is also maintained and this helps in incurring the major sources through which
teacher acts professionally and with integrity at large scale. Teachers should maintain their
boundaries by performing their own duties and responsibilities rather than others. There are
various boundaries which are designed between the teachers and the other professionals. There
may be lack of necessary skills which may be the main reason for which all aspects of how the
professionalism is maintained overall (Sumantri and et.al., 2018). This helps in knowing the
major aspects through which all the major thing are analyzed and evaluated for knowing the
scale of being professionally a teacher and delivering the best performance at large scale. Valid
boundaries between teacher role and other profession are that other professions are done without
stereotyping and discrimination. Teachers maintain the confidentiality of the learner with all the
information which is included and which beholds the learner. Teacher acts professionally while

maintained.
There are lack of expertise or because it is inappropriate for the teachers to deal with the
aspect of knowing the major changes which are responsible for evaluating the aspects of how the

of education and training (Sánchez Prieto and et.al., 2020). Codes of practice are the written
rules which helps in knowing and explaining how teachers work in particular profession and how
they should behave. The most important legislation that obeys the teaching area is Data

Protection Act, 1989. This helps the learners in respecting their data and knowing that the details
are being confined and protected to make its secure.
This helps the students in trusting the teachers within the education and learning process
which is maintained by teachers. Equality and Diversity Act, 2010 is the most important act
which helps in playing the major basis through which this legislation is being made important
and helps in knowing the aspects through which equality and diversity are being analyzed and
practiced within the system of knowing the aspects of how the education and learning process is
evaluated effectively and in appropriate manner. Equality and diversity helps in channelizing
major aspects through which all the essential sources of education and training are known and
this helps in evaluating the aspects of how the teaching profession is evaluated at large scale
(Ali, 2018). One of the most important legislation is explained as how effectively and in
appropriate manner the teaching profession is considered as important and this helps in knowing

of the constitution. Teachers have the right to be free from discrimination which is based on race,
sex and national origin and as well as freedom (Buitrago Flórez and et.al., 2017). Therefore,
these are the main code of conduct and legislation which are related to teaching in providing
education and training at large scale to students by ensuring that all effects of how teachers are
delivering their roles and responsibilities for teaching appropriately and in effective manner.

Teachers and trainers need to ensure that treatment for learners is done in fair manner and are
considering the aspects of equality. Trainers and teachers cannot the judge the learners on the
basis of religion, belief, sexual orientation. The main aim for respecting for behaviors and
equality is also being analyzed which helps in knowing that the role of teacher is being being

treated on the measures of promoting equality and diversity which should remove discrimination,
harassment behavior and bullying which are considered in maintaining the equality and diversity
issues (Schachner, 2019). Learners and teachers should be treated fairly and equally so that they
are felt as part of the system and this makes them in knowing the aspects of how effectively and
in appropriate manner they are delivering their roles and responsibilities within teaching and
learning system. The teachers and trainers need to abide by the rules and regulations by
following the standards of equally and appropriately knowing the importance of teaching and
learning is being implemented at large scale. The teachers need to afford dignity and respect
which helps in supporting the needs and requirements of teachers and learners by challenging
discriminatory environment, respecting the learners confidentiality and not discriminating on any
basis.
I being a teacher will promote appropriate behavior by not discriminating the learners’ on
basis of any caste, religion, sex and race. I will be equally treating the learners so that they
perform well in their studies and gain confidence by sharing positive reviews as they are being
taught and what are the changes which they need in their system. For example – I will conduct a
an activity which will be including all the learners rather than discriminating them on the basis of
being more intelligent and less intelligent.
There are some other ways in promoting diversity and learning which helps in knowing
the basis through which all aspects are considered at large scale helping in knowing to engage
and empower students, peer working, community projects, group work etc. For sustaining a safe
and inclusive environment prompt response to challenging behaviors, promoting student
responsibility, managing students, responsive to needs etc are the major basis through which
inclusive and safe working environment is known at large scale (Hosein and et.al., 2020). This
helps in knowing how the students can be provided with the safe and inclusive environment in
their learning and process so that they are able to make the areas of teaching effectively and in
efficiently. The main aim of the teaching process helps in knowing the basis through which all
the essential parts of teaching and learning are known by providing safe and inclusive learning to
students. Therefore, to promote appropriate behavior equality and diversity are important factors
which helps in promoting the standards of teaching and learning at large scale and in appropriate
manner which also helps in evaluating the aspects of safe and inclusive environment in learning
new things at large scale. This also will help in describing the teaching process.

Learners needs are very important to be considered and evaluated at large scale which helps
education of how the learners are able to evaluate their viewpoints. Individual needs in education
helps in identifying the perspectives of learners through which they enable to ensure that all the
essential elements in learning materials are known at large scale (Porto and et.al., 2018).
Learners may be faster in making them learn the basis through which all aspects are considered
at large scale and this helps in create value in learning process by following the aspect of growth
and development in learning. Learners may also require more time to complete the tasks on
which they are working. There are various points of referral to meet the needs of learners and
this helps in creating the effects of how effectively the scale of learning process and program can
be evaluated. The points of referral are organization systems. The points in organization system
are described as follows — administration, student services, websites, tutorial support, learning
support etc. With the help of organization systems there are different aspects which includes
government agencies, work — related provision, specialist support, employers etc which are
involved in making the system of education in proper way and in appropriate manner. It is
important to identify and meet individual needs of learners which helps in understanding the
essential aspects of learning through inclusive learning etc and also to meet the specific needs,
opportunities, engaging in prior knowledge, developing skills at larger scale etc (Brevik and
et.al., 2018).
Identifying and meeting individual learns helps in relating to how effectively and in

b) Analysis of the role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual
learning goals with learners, including evidence of the Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
The role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual learning goals with
learners are evaluated through Individual Learning Plan (ILP) which helps in creating value
through which all aspects are identified at large scale. The Individual Learning Plan helps in

identifying the actions, how and when they are taken, follow-up activity for the actions being
taken and the overall outcome is also identified at large scale. The actions taken within ILP are
mentioned as monitoring learners achievement, attainment and progress, setting learners targets
etc (Lovell, 2018). Role of initial and diagnostic assessment begins with the process of getting to
know the learner and building the relationship with them so that the learning targets are being
determined and appropriate teaching and learning strategies are being followed in the process of
teaching them. It helps in knowing the scale of intelligence of high – level learners. With the
help of initial and diagnostic learning, learners are able to analyze their intelligence level and
how they are working towards their goals and targets to be achieved. It also helps in providing
the structure for their learning by framing of the programme for their benefit.
They are done by setting individual targets that the learner is able to understand. And in
this, the follow up activity is being performed in defined manner. The follow up in ILP is made
to ensure that the learning and development requirements helps in promoting to ensure that he is
ready for 1 year. The outcome received is recommendation top put strategies and activities for
Cristian to be included in language group. Cristian will be mostly be taught the language learning
through games and play. The areas of learning are — physical development, literacy,

The communication with the learners is done in an appropriate manner which helps in knowing
that how the teachers communicate with the learners. Communication with the learners is
maintained by – using the syllabus to establish the course of the learner, communicating the
activities which are framed for the learners and ensuring that they are actively taking part in the
activities, addressing the feedback of the learners and knowing the learners and their behavior.
The learners needs are described as follows which are — varied tone, responding to learners,
awareness of body language, pacing, involving learners etc. Communication with the
professionals is done with the help of considering the viewpoints of the professionals towards
anything which has been progressive in nature, by using the flow of information through which
the interaction is being made effectively, with the help of making clear message
communications, listening and speaking mire when required, respecting the decisions which they

To meet the individual needs of the learners, planning of lesson is done by applying Kolb's Learning Cycle which is explained
below -
Kolb's Learning Cycle is a four stage process of how the new knowledge is being acquired. These stages are described as -
Concrete Experience — During the lesson plan which was framed, new learning method was used for making the children learn new
things. The lesson plan of learning new words and sentences in English language helps in learning the new words and sentences
(McLeod, 2017).

in knowing interests of students and how they are learning new words and sentences.
Abstract Conceptualization — This step helps in making sense of tasks and activities which takes place during learning of new words

(Retnawati and et.al., 2017). For G&T and low ability learners there are lessons which are adapted to meet the challenges which are
being faced by those learners. Their learning needs are individualized and elaborated at large scale which helps in acknowledging the
scale of how the slow learners are learning there lessons through peer teaching, presentations, participating in collaborative activities
effectively and in appropriate manner. This helps in knowing that there are changes and modification which are to be observed and
considered as important while they are being considered at large scale.

Learning English language and vocabulary the resources which were required for learning the lessons were — whiteboard,
PPT, pen, books, YouTube etc. These resources were very effective for learning the lessons and helped the students or children in

framework of learning the lessons more appropriately and in effective manner (Shiu and et.al., 2020). The individual needs of the
learners are met by knowing and analyzing the scale through which all aspects are being considered to be completed within the lesson
plan which is being framed for students and children to learn the English Language Program. While learning lessons, the children are
able to ensure that they are learning and in taking all the information regarding the lesson plan of learning new words and sentences
effectively and in appropriate manner.

elements in inclusive teaching and learning, all major aspects are considered at large scale, which helps in knowing that learning
language and numeracy are key skills which are needed in teaching. The main aim of planning, delivering and assessing involves the
basis through which all aspects are being considered in knowing how the teaching has been taken place for making the students learn
English Language and Vocabulary (Grossman, 2021). For inclusive teaching and learning the core elements helps in knowing the
literacy scales, language spoken, teaching methods and learning numeracy at large scale. In the process of teaching, group
presentations, research, data, project work are the major learning patterns which helps in analyzing the base through which individuals

Purpose — To evaluate the position of the tested individual for the traits being analyzed in the group which is predefined.
Benefits — Provides information of the individual for the test being taken.
Limitations — It does not ensure that the tests are valid.
 Performance — based Assessment — The skills, attitudes of students are analyzed (Lund and et.al., 2019).
Purpose — To test the performance of students through classroom or other applications.
Benefits — Includes MCQ questions to answer.
Limitations — This approach is minimum.
 Selective Response Assessment — It is the objective assessment which includes MCQ.
Purpose — To measure the knowledge of students.
Benefits — Analyses appropriately the amount of knowledge of students.

 Authentic Assessment — They are the intellectual assessments.

Apart from this, other methods of assessment are – written work, portfolio of learners work, oral and visual audio recording of
the learner with their presentations, other projects and papers, field learning projects which are undertaken at large scale. These are
some major assessment methods which are included in the education and training system. With the help of this, the assessments will
be prepared in an appropriate manner by the learners.

The three assessments which are the best suitable for the individual needs of the learners are —written work, oral and visual

effectiveness as the assessment methods are helpful in relating and covering the aspects of both written and oral methods along with

2018). This also helps the students in making the framework through which their performance as being evaluated by being authentic in
its own manner. The main aim is to fulfill individual needs of learners which helps in assisting how effectively and in appropriate
manner basis of learning is being provided to the learners.

Types of media communication used in teaching
With the advancement in the learning process. It has become vital for the teachers to used various mediums of communication
for better learning experiences of the students. By utilising new and different methods of communication it will help the teachers in
making the classroom more significant and intriguing for the students (Farias and Mesquita, 2017). With more emphasis on the
methodology of student focused learning, there is an ever increasing need of improving the ability of increasing number of materials
for the learning process of the students.
However there are various different methods of communication in teaching which has its own limitations and advantages which are as
follows: VERBAL COMMUNICATION: One of the most important and basis communication media is through verbal
communication between the learners and the teachers' ion the learning environment (Renfroe and Rec, 2021). It is considered
one of the most vital communication as it helps the individuals to built a relationship among each other and develop a mutual
understanding of trust and respect. Thus, with the verbal communication it helps creation an environment where there is
freedom and equality and promotes multiculturalism. It includes communication through open and closed discussions,

questioning etc. also, it includes listening the problem, grievances or any ideas of the students so that there can be creation of a
positive learning environment.
Advantages
 It helps in building a positive and an inclusive learning environment.
 It helps in creating a sense of belongingness among the learners. It helps in building a relationship between the teachers and learners.
Limitations
 There are chances of miscommunication between the teachers and learner if there is disturbance.
NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION – Non – verbal communication is the communication which provides the speakers word
choice. The communication is done through facial expressions, hand expressions, posture and even appearance. This helps in
conveying all about the speaker in effective manner. VISUAL AND AUDIO AIDS: Another most effective way of communication between the teachers and the learners is
communicating through visual aids such as posters, blackboards, textbooks, graphs etc. this will help in better understanding
for the learners as it with visual representation of the study material (Brooks and Dowell, 2020). It will help them in faster
learning thus, will enhance the process of learning. On the other hand, audio aids such as tapes, films can be also used for
enhancing the learning process. Thus, this will not only help the learners in better understanding but also, it will help the
teachers in presenting complex ideas in an effective manner which could be easily understood by the learners.

 It helps in quicker and faster learning process.

Three media methods which are described are as follows –
Magazine Articles – With the help of magazine articles, the teachers will ensure that learners are able to learn with the help of how
the articles are made and through which the learners are able to ensure the usage of media.
Social Media – The social media is the biggest tool which enables the learner in denoting the importance of how the learners are able
to learn through different social media channels.
Films – By teaching the learner by making educational films which helps in knowing that all major aspects of learning can also be
done through the help of this media technique which is films.

Effectiveness of the teaching and learning approaches
It is very important the teachers meet the needs of the learner's individual needs with the use of variety of different approaches
(Altemueller and Lindquist, 2017). That is it is essential for teachers to uses different approaches that will help in providing them
better understanding about the needs of the learners and will help them in providing lesson according to their needs and requirements.
It can be analysed that with the approach of using visual aids in the learning process. It helps in development of better learning process

interesting by making the learning process more flexible. That is it helps in creating and environment where there is autonomy in the
learning process. This on the other hands helps development of a safe and an inclusive environment where there is freedom of speech.
That is an environment where there are open end discussion so that individuals can present their ideas and viewpoints (Sani-Bozkurt,
2019). Thus, it is will help in better understanding of the learners.
Group discussion was chosen was a teaching practice which is an exquiste learning approach that help in enhancing the
learning process. As it allows the learner in presenting their ideologies in a relaxed environment. That is there are learners who are
knowledgeable in particular areas with the help of discussion it will help them to share their knowledge with others. This will not only
benefit the knowledgeable learner but also befit the other individuals in their learning. In cases of students with dyslexia, group
discussion is considered a very efficient approach for the development of the student. This approach will help learner in improving
their speaking skill that is it will help in boosting their morale and will make them feel confident while public speaking.
Thus, using these approaches has helped in creating a learning environment where there in more engagement of students. That
is students these approaches helps in building an environment where learner feels confident and free. This helps them in sharing their
ideas and knowledge and also helps in enhancing their creative thinking. Also, it creates a positive learning environment where there
is belongingness among the students and teachers which help the teachers in better understanding of the needs and wants of the
students. Thus, helping the teachers delivering the lesson according to the individual needs of learners so that they can enhance their
learning with effective approaches.
However, it can be evaluated that for creating an inclusive learning environment. It is very important to take into account the
planning, delivering and accessing the teaching practices. That is it is important that there is proper plaining of the teaching techniques
so that at time delivering, it helps in creation of a inclusive learning environment. Thus, it can be evaluated that with my teaching
practices I am able to create an inclusive environment keeping in mind the needs and of the individual learners and accordingly plan
my lessons so that they can gain at most from it. Also, With my effective teaching and learning approaches, it has resulted in creation

of a safe and inclusive environment that promotes equality and fairness and further leads to creation of a multiculturalism environment
with no discrimination. Thus, it can be evaluated for creation of inclusive environment it is very important to plan and deliver learning
