Being a teacher or trainer I have affording dignity and respect for all the learners who are
involve in the learning process or supporting the individual need of group or learner in order to

challenging discriminatory behaviour and I planning or preparing for the lesson which are
important to delivering the lesson for the tutor (Abd-Elwahed and Al-Bahi, 2021). Trainer are
responsible for solving all the problem of students in order to help them for completing the task.
Along with this, I have provided all the resources which are related to the topic of discussion.
For example, as a planner, I plan and deliver the lesson by preparing and delivering the learning.
1.2 Aspect related to legislation, regulator requirement and codes of practice
The teachers always have to protect themselves in order to follow rule of code of practice
related well dressed, be on time etc. are the example for the students. Equality and diversity are
one of the important legislation which are linked with any institution. For any teacher and learner
it is importance to maintain equality and diversity act which are related to race, class,
background, nationalities, colour etc. Another act is related disability act which are important to
consider by the teacher because it helps the disable person in learning and facilities which are
need to be provided. The legislation includes Health and safety law, data protection act and
safeguarding that helps to protect the students from anything so that they can improve their
performance. Also, institute for Learning is also included in the codes of practice from
membership programs

Relationship: For the teacher it is necessary to avoid discrimination and stereotypes while
teachings because it felt by the students who are in the same class (Allen, Rowan and Singh,
2020). Also, to maintain the confidentiality of the information of the learner because sometimes
it can be realised that teacher are not sure about the students problem and treating them ignoring
while teaching. The relationship includes how to build a rapport and how to work effectively
with others like sharing and exchanging the information so that the relationship can be
maintained.
Boundary: In order to set the boundary for the professional roles it is necessary to stick on finite
grading time because it is easy to lose hours for school work. Also, it is important to day with as

the fresh start so that students will not remember about past consequences. University is already
complied with the laws and teacher need to know their limits in order to maintain the effective
outcome and deliver the plan.
1.4 Points of referral to meet the need of learner
The point of referral in order to meet the needs of learners are referral for disciplinary,
special education evaluation or counselling services. The head of the institution or teacher make
the disciplinary referral in order to maintains the decorum of the school or college also for the
special education it is necessary to use this referral for evidence and sample which are help to
clarify the eligibility of the student for how much result he or she gets in the exam (Brown,
2020). Further the last referral is related to the counselling services in order to motivate the
students for further parents as well as teachers are need the counselling services.
2.2 Role of initial and diagnostic assessment
In the diagnostic assessment it help to identify the specific learning needs and strength
also help to determine appropriate teaching and learning target in order to achieve them. This is
important because there are so many learner who have high level of skills in some areas. It helps
to give the experience and knowledge that are important for learning commerce. The initial
assessment are main focus on the subject on which students are not aware about it and they
thinks it is typical. In the diagnostic assessment the student will more focus on the weakness
related to one subject.
There is different method which are help in the initial and diagnostic assessment for
agreeing on individual learning goals with learner in such a way related to Test, interview,
student survey. For the initial assessment it is necessary to use the method of survey to all the
student in which subject they need more practice (Docherty-Skippen, Hansen and Engel, 2019).
After finalise the issue they need to be conduct common class for the students in order to help
them for completion of goal. Further, it has been analysed that there are diagnostic assessment
with the help of interviewing and test in which students are collected all the related topic.

It is necessary to identify and meet the individual need of learner because it helps to boost
the morale with the help of encouraging them. Also, at some time it has been seen that learner

doe not gain much from the mass instruction. When teacher provides individually are help to
prescribed instruction in order to help significantly to the learner for understanding grasp
educational concepts. Along with this, it is help for developing the talent in the individual for
help in increasing the skills and it needs to boost the planning classroom activities which are help
to plan the timetable for counselling, group interaction, individual tutoring etc.
The individual goal of the learner are related to get good marks and able to get placement in the
last semester. To complete the goal they need trainer or professional for collecting knowledge
also they need attend different types of mock test and interview session. Also, it is the another
goal of the learner to building new skills such as time management (Finelli and Froyd, 2019).
This skill are help to identify the personal learning goals which are related to knowledge,
behaviour or understanding that are help to satisfy own learning in context to specific subjects,
work habits, domains of learning and other combination of these.

Some of the essential scheme of work are related to date or number of lesson for
delineating each of the interval also the topic which are help to matter in the overall specific unit.
The lesson content with the brief or overview of planned lesson in order to breakdown into sub-
topics and there are some of the specific objects which are help in completing the task or project.

To design teaching and learning plan it is important to create the classroom which are

I give them the opportunity in order to progress in the individual learning by giving them

There are different types of techniques which are help in the potential need for the learning in the
different categories such as social, cognitive, affective and psychomotor all these theories are
helps to use according to the learner's situation.
To meet the individual need of the learns it is necessary tos build pre tech vocabulary for

It is very important to promote appropriate behaviour for others because it helps to
maintain the class which are very mandatory to follow for learner and trainer. It helps to provide

2018). Proper respect is given to the student are help to providing positive results which are help

student to setting clear rules with regarding how people are treating each other. It is need to

trainer I also uses different resources on the regular basis and this in turn assist to let students
identified what they need. Also, the ability to work remotely helps the students to reduce the load
and in this, computer is uses which help to create a better outcome. Also, handouts for the
regular basis is another resource that I used to make the students clear about the things.

among all students in order to ensure that all the students meet their
needs and preferences. This in turn assist to prevent the students
from barriers towards a learning (Coombs and et.al., 2021). Also,
during pandemic, most of the teachers start focusing upon
technology in order to ensure that they prefer the best ways to make
their individual effective. Apart from this, the learning approach also
assist to let the people understand about the ways of learning.

the same, there is a need to use another format which is transcript or notes that helps to let
other understand about the topic.

There is a need to communicate with students in an effective manner and

language that avoid slangs. Further, communicate with students clearly assist to meet

Through this, students can easily learn knowledge and skills.

Summative assessment method perform internally and regularly that determine whether
teacher perform their work effectively. So, it gives an opportunity to determine the correct
concepts as well. However, diagnostic assessment increases the engagement about learner and
determine their faster progression that assist to determine their learning path. On the critically
