DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATION AND

Introduction
• Development in the professional practices is
important for the teachers and professors teaching
in various universities as they play an important
role for the students to pursue their future goals.
• They also play an important role in reshaping the
future of the communities of the UK and hence,
understanding the way learning instruction is
provided in institutes for higher studies is of
utmost importance.

•I have always believed that in the modern world the
concept of Information and Communication
Technology will create a large impact and that is why
every educational institute must look to give
importance of teaching the students this subject.
•If the students gather a relevant amount of
knowledge about the concept of ICT, they will be able
to shape their future in an effective way.
•That is why I as a teacher of ICT, try to provide my
students in Higher Education Academy with all the
concepts they should know within ICT.

•As the world is developing, the equipment by which
students should be taught will have to be improved as well.
•Multi functioning computers are one of the most vital
resources that can be used in terms of teaching the students
the concept of ICT in an effective and efficient manner.
•I, as a teacher of ICT in the educational institute Higher
Education Academy, have always given a relevant amount
of importance to improving the resources that will help us
teachers to teach the concept of ICT in a more efficient
way, so that the students can gather more knowledge about

•The process of quality assurance has a range of activities within
it.
•In order to monitor and analyze the whole education system, the
process of quality assurance should be given a relevant amount
of importance by the educational institutes.
•Moreover, the performance of the employers, staffs, teachers
and students also need to analyzed and necessary steps will have
to be taken in order to improve the quality of education provided
by an educational institute.
• In the context of the Higher Education Academy, the same
measures should be taken if the institute wants to improve its
quality of education.
•It is quite obvious that the overall educational system has
several layers and thus each of the layers will have to be
analyzed in order to improve the overall educational system
(Kettunen, 2015).

Quality assurance to ensure quality learning
• If any of the layers are not given the same amount of importance then, it may
affect the overall process of quality assurance. Moreover, the strategies which are
going to be made in terms of improving the quality of education in the Higher
Education Academy.
• On the other hand, the government of the country and the other policymakers will
have to be aware of the different activities taking place in the educational
institutes, so that the policies can be made by keeping the positive outcomes in
mind and trying to reduce the negative impacts.
• It has already been mentioned in this study that the primary stakeholders of the
overall educational system irrespective of the institutes are the parents, the
teachers and the students.
• Thus to be in the proper framework each of the stakeholders will have to do their
respective jobs in a proper way so that the overall educational system can be
improved in an effective and efficient manner (Nabi et al. 2017). On the other
hand, the performances of each of the stakeholders should be evaluated, so that
necessary actions can be taken when the institutes think that the performance
level of any other stakeholders is decreasing and thus it is affecting the overall
educational system to a large extent.

Explanation of how lines of responsibility contribute
to the organisation’s quality cycle
•The primary stakeholders always play an important role in the
overall development of the educational system of any
educational institute. The same goes for the institute Higher
Education Academy.
•The primary stakeholders of the institute are the teachers, the
students and the parents. Thus, all three primary stakeholders are
correlated with each other and thus effective functioning is
required between each of the stakeholders.
•To improve the quality cycle of the educational institute Higher
Education Academy, the stakeholders will have to be much more
effective and efficient (Schnitzler et al. 2016).
•On the other hand, the government of the country will have to
make proper strategies and policies in terms of improving the
quality of education within the institute Higher Education
Academy.

Purpose of governors in ensuring quality
•Apart from the government body of the country, the
senior management officials of the educational
institute Higher Education Academy will have to be
much more effective and efficient in terms of making
strategies and policies.
•As the senior management officials stay connected in
a more effective way with the institute compared to
the government body, the members of the senior
management group can make more efficient strategies
in terms of improving the quality of education
provided by the institute (Wiek et al. 2015).

Conclusion
• This study concludes that there are a number of factors which
evaluates whether the educational system within the
educational institutes is doing the job in an effective and
efficient manner or not. On the other hand, the eligibility
criteria set by institutes in terms of hiring teachers to teach a
subject should be given a relevant amount of importance. As
the teachers are the primary sources via which the students get
to know new concepts and things, thus if the teachers are not
eligible enough then the students will definitely get affected
which in return will affect the overall educational system of
institutes.
