To conclude, professional practice is process that shows the commitment to caring
relationship with families and staff members and others. By analysing, the report it is concluded
that if the organization needs to improve professional learning then they must use models of
effective practice. By providing knowledge and expert support the organization can improve its
learning program effectively. Utilizing adult learning theory and offer them positive feedback
will help to develop professional learning. In addition, by involving stakeholders while making
decision with respect to education, can improve the operation performance in the schools and
colleges. With the help of this report, it is summarized that college must keep track on policies
and laws made by government. Additionally, the report suggested that educational policy made
by local government must be considered while organizing any education related program. By
collecting data and sample test of individual the organization can evaluate the quality
improvement. In order to avoid any problems while delivering training to students, the school
must use quality assurance to prevent mistakes and errors. Furthermore, it may be said that the
school needs to measure progress against its goals. Also, the college needs to enable care settings
in order to show their operations.
