INTRODUCTION
• This presentation includes some important topics related to education in training which is
necessary to consider by each educational institution such as quality improvement and assurance.
It will also include the function of self-assessment, evaluation and quality cycle.

5.1 QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
• This identifies that in education organisations, there are various standards and measures that need
to be followed for the purpose of better education and training. This is the reason that
organisations should make focus on maintaining quality. For that purpose, they need to
understand the importance of quality improvement and quality assurance. In order to improve the
education standards, it is necessary to implement both practices.

5.2 THE FUNCTION OF SELF-ASSESSMENT AND SELF-
EVALUATION AND QUALITY CYCLE
• Self-assessment is found to be a process which is used by organisations for the purpose of
finding the areas of development. This process is helpful for an individual to implement a
personal improvement plan. An education organisation, include some important type of
assessment such as formative, summative, judgemental, etc.
• Selfie evaluation is found to be a collaborative, reflective and inclusive process for the purpose
of internal school review. It is found that a self-evaluation is an evidence-based approach that
involves gathering information in order to bring out improvements in the students learning.

5.3 LEARNING PROGRAM TAKING ACCOUNT OF THE
QUALITY MAINTENANCE
• It is identified that formal and informal feedback are playing a very important role and crucial
element in the learning process at my organisation. We used both types of feedback so that we
are able to provide best learning practices to the students. This is the reason that we include
feedbacks which allows our students to reflect their opinions and views in my teaching.

5.4 AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN THE LEARNING
PROGRAM
• After evaluation, it is identified that there are some areas for improvement in the learning
program which is necessary to be solved because they provided and negative impact on the
teaching and learning of students. One important area is student engagement and that's why it is
very important to focus on this area and take the right actions.

CONCLUSION
• It can be concluded from the above discussion that quality is very important and should be
maintained in the teaching and it provides a direct impact on the students' future. This is the
reason that this presentation included some important topics which are necessary to discuss such
as quality improvement and quality assurance.
