EVALUATION AND QUALITY CYCLE
Self-assessment is found to be a process which is used by organisations for the purpose of
finding the areas of development. This process is helpful for an individual to implement a
personal improvement plan. An education organisation, include some important type of
assessment such as formative, summative, judgemental, etc.
Selfie evaluation is found to be a collaborative, reflective and inclusive process for the purpose
of internal school review. It is found that a self-evaluation is an evidence-based approach that
involves gathering information in order to bring out improvements in the students learning.

5.3 LEARNING PROGRAM TAKING ACCOUNT OF THE
QUALITY MAINTENANCE
It is identified that formal and informal feedback are playing a very important role and crucial
element in the learning process at my organisation. We used both types of feedback so that we
are able to provide best learning practices to the students. This is the reason that we include
feedbacks which allows our students to reflect their opinions and views in my teaching.

After evaluation, it is identified that there are some areas for improvement in the learning
