After going through the above question and analyzing organization it has been analyzed that in
the organization that organization used to use benchmarking tool in the organization to check
the quality. In this tool they used to set different standard in the organization and on the basis of
check quality is being checked in the organization. At the same time organization used to use
peer observation as a quality assurance technique in an organization. In current scenario I am
going through the training and the master program in the University. Thing which is going well
in the learning cycle is the learning about the different module in the organization and also
learning the different aspect of the same in the market.

same. One of such skill is the patience skill of mine in the market, as it has been identified that I
