INTRODUCTION
A learning assessment is a method to measure how much of knowledge and skills a
learner have during a study. This is important for individual to understand the task and perform
their roles clearly which can help to develop the performance. To understand about behaviour
and learning University of Oxford has been chosen. The management of such organisation
provide training to their employees and develop their skills for running business. Training and
development is the main activity in which management is responsible to provide the training and
develop the knowledge of employees (Ferreira, Martinsone and Talić, 2020). The report is based
on different method of learning, teaching, and training which can help to manage the good
performance. The report is categorised in two section one is developing teaching, learning and
assessment in education, second is teaching, learning, and assessment in education and training.
The report will help to develop knowledge and skills in different field and supports to attain the
good performance.
Task 1a
Behaviour management is the equal to behaviour modification, where changes in
behaviour is require to develop the business activities. It is less intensive version of behaviour
therapy in which a person is require to analysis own behaviour and bring the changes. The
behaviour management maintain focuses on maintaining order and can be accomplished through
reward, modelling, and punishment. The person should be analysis all skills and abilities which
can help to develop the understanding and supports to accomplish the goals. In relation to Oxford
University, management is require to manage their behaviour and provide the right suggestions
to employees which helps to increase productivity (Clements and Sarama, 2020).
Explain the importance of behaviour management in the classroom
In the classroom, behaviour management is the most important as it develop the
knowledge and experience in particular field and managing the performance. By managing
behaviour, it creates an appropriate environment for learning to take place. This can help to
develop the skills and abilities of people in relation to particular filed and focus on growth
opportunity. This produce a healthy and inspiring classroom climate where students feel
