1.1 Analysation of own roles and responsibilities in education
As a teacher of the HR management it is very essential for the responsibility for the ways

development of the basis of the correct action that can be undertaken for competing in the
organization. The necessity of the part of role that are considered to be the key towards the ways
in which learning style or preferences of the individuals can be determined.
1.2 Summarization of key aspects of legislation in regulatory requirements and codes of practice
In order to summarize the ways in which a strict code of practice is required is said to be
the premise which the student is able perform for the acceptance of certain tasks that are being
