Introduction
Specialisation area of teaching can be classified into- vocational area and subjective area. The
teachers and the trainers make it easier for the student to understand a lecture or some
technical abilities with the aid of skills they have acquired in their learning or teaching

gain knowledge and learn technical skill appropriately in diploma education when the trainer
provides all the facilities. The purpose of my area of specialisation is to encourage the proper

(2017) stated that cooperation in another area of specialisation will enhance the performance
in the teaching profession. effective outcome of the performance of class is seen when the
teacher uses his/her own strength in learning and teaching profession to guide the student
correctly to obtain job opportunities in future.

Comprehensive development of the student is influenced by liaising with another specialist in
learning and provides an opportunity to gain speciality in various areas by the following-
i) Liaise with others is beneficial and shows effective outcomes for the student as he
gains subjective knowledge from both the specialists in different courses (Mountney,
2015).
ii) Liaison makes a mutual relationship between the team and the leader and is an
effective way of teaching as the team leader can learn from a different environment
and work with others (Thomas, et al., 2018).
iii) By means of exchanging good practices between two trainees the student, the learning
outcome can be beneficial for the student.

iv) The specialist staff develop from the opportunities of the development of their own
practice liaison and puts a combined effect on the learning of the student.
v) Examining the student's performance with liaison can have extensive outcomes by the
standard external examiner and liaison widens the network opening new opportunities
for the student.
5.2 Review the impact of liaison with other teachers and trainers within own specialist
area on own practice
Liaison with other teachers in my specialist areas allows The student to get an opportunity to
share knowledge and gain extensive knowledge and skills from a combination of trainers
upon liaising with others.
i) Distribution of information- The students gain knowledge and dissemination
information on various types of courses of different kinds of trainers in learning area
(Mountney, 2015).
ii) Alternative strategy development- a combination of many specialists or teachers are
required for developing an alternative way of learning and teaching (Thomas et al.,
2018).
iii) Program designing collaboration- to design a program for the learning process of
students, design may have many teachers but a collaborative approach is to be taken
by all the teachers to make a single inclusive program for the students (Ashmore et
al., 2015).
iv) Standardised assessment strategies- standardised assessment can be established by the
trainer’s area with the help of external trainers. Smart criteria can be considered for a
standardized method by specialist trainers and teachers (Denemark, 2016).
